I can't say enough about this other repair shop it's Jody's Bargains breaks and mufflers and I can't say enough good things about this shop. JODY IS the owner and he is usually at the front desk as soon as you walk in and he is one of the nicest guys you would ever want to meet and it's not because he's the owner he is just that type of guys are I have been lucky enough to have been a friend who I met through his sister and brother in law for close to 30 years now . Jody was smart enough to get his start working for Bargains Brakes and Mufflers but he saved his money and wanted better for his family and bought a franchise . I called BB&M and asked to have my exhaust system checked. After being told to "bring it right in", upon my arrival (10 minutes later) the employee at the front desk not only had no knowledge of me calling, he could not even bother to look up from his computer to properly greet a customer. He mumbled without looking up. "i-ttle be 'bout an hour, mornings are better, we open at 8". This was my second and last time to enter their doors. The first time I visited was not much better, but I gave them a second chance. My 18 year old son went to Bargin Brakes and Mufflers for brakes. They said his back brakes needed cleaning and adjusting and his front brakes needed replacing. He went back to get his truck and the guy said they put 4 wheel drive brake pads on his truck... But his truck is 2 wheel drive? Paid $181.00 for 1/2 hour job!!! One week later had to have the rotors replaced somewhere else. Sadly they took advantage of a kid who knew little about brakes. The guy that did his rotors had him work right along with him so in the future he won't be ripped off!!!
