I have been using this store for 16 years, but tonight I'm going to re-visit this. I helped a friend of mine jump her car battery, and I sent her here to have it tested and probably replaced. It was a Honda battery in a Honda sedan. I followed her to the store after a few minutes, and she was pulling out so I stopped to see what happened. She told her that they would not test her car battery because it wasn't "their brand" of battery. That makes no sense. Because all car batteries are the same. It's not like it is hazardous to test a different manufacturer's battery. And if they tested it and it needs replacing, then obviously my friend would have bought a battery from them. And this policy makes no sense. Because no cars are sold with the Advance Auto brand batteries. None. If they won't test other batteries, then how would they sell any batteries to anyone? They should be testing ALL batteries, so that they can sell more of their own batteries. read more

I have only been here for typical needs (e.g., oil, wipers, wiper fluid, etc.). I really like this Advance Auto. The employees are very helpful and kind. They helped me find the most cost-efficient and quality products and informed me about deals they have going on that are not always advertised. They are always happy to help and knowledgeable. They also accept apple pay. There is one sales rep who is originally from NJ (he told me this), but I can't remember his name, but he is especially kind and helpful. read more

I've been an advanced auto customer for years but this location is completely unsatisfactory. Limited inventory, extremely rude staff. Advertise loaner tools but do not have basic things like correctly sized sockets or oil pans. Staff puts in the minimum amount of effort needed to take your money and makes returns a nightmare, even if they sell you the wrong part. Go to autozone, walmart, or literally anywhere else for better prices. This location is good for one thing: terrible deals and even worse management. read more

I had bought a battery from them and my car was still not starting a few days later, so thinking it was another issue I took it in for repair. Turns out it was a defective battery, called them and they delivered a new battery to the repair shop and replaced the bad battery. Great customer service!! read more

Went in to find transmission oil, and the guy that helped me was super nice and knowledgeable. He helped me get what I needed quickly, and at a great price too. Clayton was rude. Rather than politely offering to install my windshield wiper blade, he condescendingly said "I *assume* you want me to put this on for you?" As a female I can't help but take this as a sexist remark. Regardless of whether or not it was intended to be sexist, it was rude and unprofessional. I won't be back. read more
