Find no problem, then they said I needed a new catalytic convertor, ok. They had my car until Oct 11th. I proceeded to leave my car shut down on me in the middle of 301 interception. Are you freaking kidding me. They do not know what they are doing. Every engine and transmission they had did not work at all. Their service is below subpar. I believe they are only capable of handling minor repairs, like brakes, window replaces, tune ups that all. Please do not take your car for any repairs and do not trust the parts that you need. Their warranty sucks. They lie and say we ordered a new part and if something happens then they say no it was used because the warranty will be voided after 30 for used parts. Oh, and let's not forget the unwanted advances...yeah. My experience at this AutoZone location was everything that a trip to the auto parts store (or any store, really) should be. Chris was AMAZING from the very second I walked into the store. I came in for two items and even though he only had one in stock, he looked up the nearest store that had the item in stock, printed out an image of the item they didn't have (so I wouldn't have to ask the sales associate at the next store to find it in the computer), and wrote down the address for me so I wouldn't have to look it up in my phone. It's also worth noting that I didn't ask him to do any of these things for me... didn't even have the time to. He was already problems solving before I had a chance to even consider next steps. Solution oriented customer service... Other stores, take note. Because I felt so comfortable shopping at the store, I ended up buying another $50 worth of detailing accessories and other things that I didn't necessarily need. The only thing that keeps me coming back is that I like my service advisor. For starters, my appointment was booked by Ana (the AI bot) that booked me under the wrong customer name. I was also assigned a new service advisor, which led to a lot of confusion when I first got there. I came for a routine service and somehow was stuck here for 5 hours. Service here used to be fast and efficient so I've always waited onsite for my car. The customer coffee area are was filthy and not stocked. They removed the microwave which I always used. When i first got there I said my low tire pressure light had just turned on and that I would like it fixed during my service. They did the standard service, tire rotation, and inspection, and sent me a long list of "critical" items to get fixed. Some of them were not critical but I had a few things addressed as I typically do. After 5 hours I got my car back and the low pressure light still on. I was honestly so irritated by how long it took and how much money I spent that I didnt even bother to say anything. I didn't want to be there for another few hours. Unfortunately, the replacement part failed in January within months of installation and within a 24 month warranty window. After weeks of repeated calls and messages, I was told that replacement parts are not covered under warranty. This means the replacement part provided was protected and junk, leaving me with another failed part, no support, and now no car. Since then, I have continued trying to contact customer service. Each time I explain the situation, I am transferred to voicemail, and my calls are not returned.

This is the one star loss, I had to figure out the best time to reach them, no receptionist. (0800). I made the followup calls. The only other time they called was when it was finished. That said, it took 6 weeks, but in the middle they didn't like how the car was talking to the battery, so they ordered another one from Kansas, no cost to me. When I talked to him he was always knowledgeable. I am a retired Diesel shop supervisor, working my way through the ranks. I am the worst mechanical customer I know, but he treated me very and patiently. Listened to me. In the end Very good product, much more stable than my last one. The one lingering commo problem with the car is reprogramming itself out. Love a happy ending. Use them for your High voltage needs. They'll get it fixed right, just be ready for no phone updates, you're in charge of those.
