My 81 year old mother stopped at this store for a battery issue. Advanced sold her a new battery…read morethat retails for $129.95 ( I know because I own a shop in Maryland) But, she had to pay $220.00. When they installed it for her they used a shim on positive connection. My mother never needed a battery she needed a new positive cable connector. Using a shim should have been a clue that it was not the battery. I feel they were extremely dishonest and were clearly taking advantage of a elderly person. Shame on you Advance Auto parts!!

Having to spend more money and not in the best mood. I stopped by here and Titan went out of his way and assisted me. Very good customer service and very pleasant & I am thankful. I was just here at this location last month for an AC issue and a different employee helped me as well and I was so thankful. The smallest act of kindness can help anyone. You never know what someone is going through.

No problems there besides running into an occasional employee that's having a rough day. After entering the information all of the recommended wiper options come up. The store didn't have both sizes of blades I needed for the front window. The helpful sales associate identified a more expensive option and priced matched for the blade they did not have in stock. I also purchased the 2-year warranty for replacements. Hopefully I can remember the warranty next time I need replacement blades. I will definitely be back

Most reviews said this place had horrible customer service, especially via phone: well I called this business around 9am, person on the phone was pleasant and helpful. I told him what I needed, he looked it up, told me they had it and would have it waiting once I got there. I hit the road, about a 45 minutes drive. Got there and asked for the guy by the name he gave me over the phone. He came out, greeted me, I paid and he had the part waiting for me just like he said. The entire transition took about 10 minutes. He even walked me out and took the part to my truck. My husband put the part an and it fit and worked great. I hate others had a bad experience but mines and as good.
