From the moment I walked into this AutoZone, the cashier a shorter lady at the front was rude and dismissive. She kept that same attitude the entire time I was checking out, which made the whole experience unpleasant. I've been to this same location many times and never had an issue before. When I showed my veteran ID, which I've used here plenty of times without any problem, she said it wasn't valid. That kind of inconsistency and attitude isn't what I expect from AutoZone. I usually like this store and the staff, but this visit was disappointing. Management really needs to do better. read more

This store should be a model for what all auto parts stores should be. As a woman who has owned either luxury vehicles or muscle cars for most of my adult life, I've had some pretty interesting experiences at auto parts stores. Most of them involve either sales associates talking down to me (like I don't know the difference between a carburetor and a cabin air filter) or trying to upsell me on things I don't need, because they think I don't know enough about my vehicle to know when I'm being taken advantage of. Oh, and let's not forget the unwanted advances...yeah. My experience at this AutoZone location was everything that a trip to the auto parts store (or any store, really) should be. Chris was AMAZING from the very second I walked into the store. I came in for two items and even though he only had one in stock, he looked up the nearest store that had the item in stock, printed out an image of the item they didn't have (so I wouldn't have to ask the sales associate at the next store to find it in the computer), and wrote down the address for me so I wouldn't have to look it up in my phone. It's also worth noting that I didn't ask him to do any of these things for me... didn't even have the time to. He was already problems solving before I had a chance to even consider next steps. Solution oriented customer service... Other stores, take note. Because I felt so comfortable shopping at the store, I ended up buying another $50 worth of detailing accessories and other things that I didn't necessarily need. As he rang up my items, I thanked Chris for treating me both as a valued customer, and as a person, because this was not an experience I've had at any other auto parts store. This is a female or a person who knows little to nothing about a automobile's dream! Maybe I shouldn't be so presumptuous, because not all females are lacking in the automobile repair area, but this just happens to be MY dream! I may know a little about a car, but not enough to change or replace things. I stopped in to replace my brake light and the employee by the name of Chance, not to be confused with (the Rapper...ha!) graciously assisted me. While waiting for him to pull up the correct light for my car, I noticed that if you purchase a car battery here, they will install it for free. Not just batteries, but brake lights, windshield wipers and a few other items I noticed. Good to know, because some places don't offer this perk. Since this location is brand spanking new, they seem to be pretty well stocked. As far as the eye could see, the store was stocked with goodies for your vehicle. The service was very friendly and Chance did a wonderful job installing my brake light. I now know where I'll be going when I need any automotive replacements. Walked in today during a pouring rain and promptly slipped and fell inside their store because they have no rug or mat and the floor was covered in water and mud right inside the door. Not only did they not ask how I was or offer me help in getting up, they actually LAUGHED - LAUGHED!!!! When my husband told them it wasn't funny they only seemed to think it was even more funny. Maybe they won't be laughing when I go to my doctor and send them the bill for my hand and leg, which are killing me from the fall. Wow. I hope corporate and management sees this post.
