But there is always a wait even when you make an appointment. Waiting 2 hours on average for an OIL CHANGE. Front desk (of auto) is mostly useless so calling doesn't get you any reliable information. Today in particular I had an appt to get tires mounted (that I ordered from Walmart shipped directly to the store AND called ahead to make appt for install) and when I arrived they said due to all wheel drive their policy they can't mount the tires unless it's all four at once. Why they didn't tell me that on the phone is beyond me.
