Yeah, I'm fatter and move a little slower, but that doesn't change the need for auto parts and supplies along the way. I still do 100% of my own repairs and maintenance on every single piece of machinery I own, which requires oils, cleaners, shop equipment, and some random auto parts. I stop by this location on my way home because it's almost exactly halfway, and it's really convenient. Very rarely do I need actual auto parts, because the corporation I work for happens to be a large auto/motorcycle/power equipment company that rhymes with BONDA. I get most of my own parts from my employer. That doesn't change the fact that I might randomly be working on a non-BONDA car, which would require O'Reilly Auto Parts. Now, the people in this location have been excellent. The sticking point for my visits almost always include items that coincidentally they don't have in stock. Now, I'm not saying some random one-off Knuder-valve for a 1921 Epsilon. I'm talking about things that are normally stocked on the shelves. It seems like every time I visit, the one item I am there for, is mysteriously missing off the shelf. Bad luck? Possibly. I'll still stop by this place, because it's convenient, and it's great for people watching at Tractor Supply.

The "only" store employee that was there told me not only do they not have the break pads I need but she isn't going to allow the exchange bc she could only defect out half of my parts. None of her help was genuine and only seemed concerned to make a sale by having me purchase all new parts bc she said she couldn't validate that the parts were accepted under warranty. Totally unacceptable especially when the customer tells you what they need and knows the parts are under warranty and the store associate is not willing to help any further with your situation. Dishonest and distasteful experience, will not be back and do not recommend.
