I went out to my car and the lug nuts he sold me were not the right size. I went back into the store, maybe 10 minutes later to return the lug nuts. I went over to the same worker and told him he gave me the wrong lug nuts. He told me I needed my receipt to make a return. I had to go outside and dig through the trash can in front of CVS. I couldn't find the receipt. I went back into AutoZone and I explained that I literally just bought the lug nuts 10 minutes ago FROM YOU. He still said without a receipt, I couldn't get my money back. He would only give me store credit. I asked him that since the purchase was only 10 minutes ago, couldn't he just reprint my receipt and use that??? He said no. At this point , he could have even voided the transaction and given me back my $29. But no! He was extremely stubborn and not understanding in any way. He sold me the wrong lug nuts. Yes, I made the mistake of tossing my receipt. But it was literally 10 minutes from purchasing. He gave me store credit which I probably will never use. I just don't understand why he couldn't help me. I feel like he was just trying to make a stand or something. Don't throw your receipt out guys.

My total came out to $18 dollars (!)... this will run you $50 dollars if you have a mechanic order you the parts and have him do the five minute job for you (at least this is the quote I received from several Caldwell mechanics, which is why the work is done at home.)

The car was beautiful at first sight, and everything worked, but I found out that it had broken windshield. And here the issue started. I live in VA (cca 250miles from the dealership) and the windshield must have been replaced. Jonathan, the salesman found a repair shop in VA where the windshield should have been replaced for free. Eventually it didn't happen and I had to visit the Wayne dealership again for the windshield replacement. This resulted in 500 miles in the car, one extra day out of my office and rescheduling all my meetings that day. The car assessment would be 100% without this trouble. The question is how the presale inspection was done... Personnel - 95 %. Friendly and professional. Sometimes, the answers to my questions took longer than I expected. But I am not native US citizen so my question could have been unusual. Not having the issue with the windshield there would be nothing to worry about. LASTLY my tints came off the day it was put on my headlights and tail lights ... and my tail lights were scrapped along the sides therefore MY WRAP and OEM PAINT of my car was DESTROYED .
