The associate became irritated and condescending because i asked if i had to give all the information i had previously gave. With a arrogant response she stated " thats what i just told you". This was after calling back and getting the vin and other information requested to insure the correct part was purchased. After the second conversation I decided my business was'nt worthy of her time or patience to assist me while at the same time i was attempting to take care of my customer. Needless to say convenience or pricing would not deter me from going elsewhere going forward.
