The technician who replaced my battery was great too, and that was probably about $75 less than somewhere like Advance or AutoZone. I'm going to leave my review at four (4) stars only because.... when it comes to car repairs of any kind, only time will truly tell how well the job was done. Nevertheless, in the immediate aftermath, I would highly recommend this Walmart for tire and battery replacement!

There was an issue with the brakes on our drive so we took it to a mechanic while on our trip and there were multiple issues with the brake work and the lug nuts were not even fully tightened. Upon our return, she went back to Goodyear and showed them the paperwork from the TN mechanic. Instead of owning up to their mistakes, the Goodyear people told her that her car must have been vandalized and that the TN mechanic was wrong. Do not use this location as they were very rude to my 83 year old mother in law and didn't shotty work and wouldn't own up to it when they were called out for it.

Came in the morning for a tire plug. I made an appointment for 12:30pm. Dropped my car off at…read more12:25, the only mechanic in was on lunch. I had to kill time so I walked along to various shops grab some food and came back. When I dropped off the car, the gentleman told me it would take one hour to one and a half hours. I was OK with that because it meant I could still Make it back home for school dismissal. At 2 o'clock I asked him if they're done with the car and that's when they decide to tell me they cannot plug the hole because of I will need a new tire. They quote me $114 for the tire. I tell them if you can't put it on in 10 minutes I don't want it. I need to go pick up my kid. They promised I can put it on within 10 minutes. I watch the gentleman put the tire on and then lower my car and then lift it and then lower it and then lift it again. I am watching the clock because I have to go. I ask twice if they can speed things up to give me my car. I did want to make sure the car was safe to drive. I finally left at 2:21 PM. The technician who worked on my car was a super nice man, he did a great job, I noticed he was the only one working. He apologized for the time it took, and I appreciated that. The lady inside the office didn't say anything to me the whole time, terrible customer service there. The taller gentleman that checked me out, he seemed personable the first time I was there and then when I came back, his demeanor changed. It was as if he was annoyed with me for waiting the timeframe he told me I would need to wait and then me being upset that it's taking longer than he promised. Big business really just cares about the money. I don't recommend going here if you want to be treated like a person, like someone who has a life, like someone who wants to feel valued.

Honestly such a helpful store and manager!!…read more I came by because I had a question about something on the bottom of my car that was hanging off and scraping the road and I had no idea what it was or what to do about it. The manager came outside and checked it out for me and was just super informative and told me how to go about fixing it and answered all my questions about it. After that I mentioned that my brake light was out and he offered to take a look at it and helped change it for me! They really go above and beyond and are super helpful here!!! 10/10 :-)
