Took my truck today at Valvoline for oil change, they said the oil plug is rounded up and it was so tightened so hard that the washer is really but that it's causing a minor leak. They told me to go back to Walmart so they can fix it, because they don't touch it if there is issue already. I was thinking to go to Walmart and have them fix it but then who knows what are they going to do again at my truck. So I just schedule a service at the dealer. All mechanics are crooks, some will offer service that you don't need, some will mess your stuff so you'll need it done. Both don't deserved to live but pick your poison accordingly.

I started to have some battery issue towards the end of my trip from Texas to Pennsylvania. Then, on my way from Pennsylvania to Ohio, it became more apparent that I would probably need to replace it very soon. When I arrived my destination in Ohio, looked this store up on Yelp and called them. Arland took the call, and he guided me thru with what I would need for my vehicle. I headed over to the store as soon as I could hoping my car would start. Fortunately, it did. When I arrived, there were a few customers already waiting in line, and Arland took care of me right away. He was very helpful, and offered to help me install the battery in the car when I asked if I could borrow some tools to take my old one out. The old one came out, and the new one got put in. After answer in the questions about what type truck, motor, and did I have hydro boost, to which I answer no, she brought the parts out. After getting the parts and loading them up, I went to get the brakes changed. Holy crap, Celena. When I say I don't have hydro boost brake, that doesn't mean you sell me a hydro boost caliper. When I tell you that it's the front rotors I need, why would you sell me the rear ones? A job that should have taken 2 hours at the most, ended up being a 6 hour job, due to having to return parts to the Westerville O'Reilly, who were good enough to give me the right parts, gave me money back because the front rotors are less than the rear rotors, and I turned in the core to them, and I didn't even buy the parts from them to begin with. I understand confusion, but damn, get your stuff together. Do not get your parts at this store. Incompetently seems to be the way to go. If you enjoy having to return parts to different stores, then this is the store for you. I'll never go back.

I was absolutely shocked when I received a text from Kayley just a short time later. I knew the dealership was already closed but Kayley was able to get me all the information about the bike I needed and wanted. When Kayley got back to work on December 26th she send me more info and specific pics that I requested and a deal was done that easy. I arranged to have a shipper pick the bike up and deliver it to my home in Arizona. When I received my bike it was exactly what Kayley had promised me. I was truly pleasantly surprised when I seen it roll out of the trailer. Most salespeople tend to tell you what you want to hear and miss small important details, not Kayley she listened to my wants and needs and came through for me. But instead of sending it to my Mailing address which i provided, they mailed it to the physical address which has no postal service and it was returned to them. I told them they have it and to resend it to the correct mailing address. They said paperwork is done at a different location and nobody answers my calls anymore. I live in North Dakota and I am very upset at their complacency once they got my money.
