They tested the battery and said it was good and that the issue was my starter. The next day I had a dead battery again. I took it to the dealer who showed me via a testing monitor that the battery was indeed bad, not the starter or the alternator. I had to buy another battery for $300 from the dealer. I started to have some battery issue towards the end of my trip from Texas to Pennsylvania. Then, on my way from Pennsylvania to Ohio, it became more apparent that I would probably need to replace it very soon. When I arrived my destination in Ohio, looked this store up on Yelp and called them. Arland took the call, and he guided me thru with what I would need for my vehicle. I headed over to the store as soon as I could hoping my car would start. Fortunately, it did. When I arrived, there were a few customers already waiting in line, and Arland took care of me right away. He was very helpful, and offered to help me install the battery in the car when I asked if I could borrow some tools to take my old one out. The old one came out, and the new one got put in. When I tell you that it's the front rotors I need, why would you sell me the rear ones? A job that should have taken 2 hours at the most, ended up being a 6 hour job, due to having to return parts to the Westerville O'Reilly, who were good enough to give me the right parts, gave me money back because the front rotors are less than the rear rotors, and I turned in the core to them, and I didn't even buy the parts from them to begin with. I understand confusion, but damn, get your stuff together. Do not get your parts at this store. Incompetently seems to be the way to go. If you enjoy having to return parts to different stores, then this is the store for you. I'll never go back.

Price was already considerably more expensive than competitors price for a truck (because of Budgets insurance prices), but i would have preferred a Cargo Van hence reserving with Budget. Safe to say i will never be a customer of Budget Truck rental again. After my own experience and looking at other reviews, in no way should this company still be in business. Last minute booking with one of their competitors actually saved me $140 on a 2 day rental (albeit a larger truck and not the Cargo Van i'd hoped for).

They told me to go back to Walmart so they can fix it, because they don't touch it if there is issue already. I was thinking to go to Walmart and have them fix it but then who knows what are they going to do again at my truck. So I just schedule a service at the dealer. All mechanics are crooks, some will offer service that you don't need, some will mess your stuff so you'll need it done. Both don't deserved to live but pick your poison accordingly.
