First off, Armando is the best, super helpful and curated a great customer service experience. Came…read morein today to get my Toyota serviced. Everything was covered by warranty and they said it would take a few hours. They ordered me a Lyft back home and another one to pick me up when the car was ready. Awesome experience, will go again for any other servicing needs!

That was enough for their marketing software to adopt me like a lost puppy and never let go. If my car broke down directly in front of this building, I would pay out of pocket to have it towed somewhere else, anywhere else. A guy with a flatbed and no plan beats another oil-change reminder text. The real comedy here is the waiting room, which tells you everything about management's priorities. Wellesley Toyota and Boch figured out that free coffee and a comfortable chair make people trust you. This place figured out that a waiting room with the ambiance of the RMV, minus the coffee, plus a gift shop, is a great way to make people pay you just to escape the boredom. It's less "customer lounge" and more a psychological experiment in how long a human will sit still before agreeing to buy anything. Somewhere in a boardroom, someone spent real time imagineering ways to milk a few extra pennies from people who are already paying for a car and spent zero time asking why the room felt like a McDonald's ™ PlayPlace under fluorescent lighting. You can always tell when a business has optimized for squeezing customers instead of respecting them. It shows up in the follow-up spam, in the furniture, and in this review.
