    The warranty saying is expired 2018 to 2019 the the Tacoma start 1998 with the frame problem

    They I leave my car 8am they pay Uber good for that they never call me back to pick up my car so I pay Uber to go back to the dealer 2pm 7hr if I did not get that my car still there and they are saying that do not have warranty cause it expired 2018 to 2019 line cause frame start with the problem 1998 That is saying This warranty enhancement program provided enhanced coverage to the vehicle as it applies to frame corrosion

    It's amazing that I just got another bulk letter in the mail after for now going past a year of complaining of unwanted solicitation from a company I have never step foot on or even purchased any vehicle there even though they claim I am one of their customers! It's astounding that another round of solicitation mail is about to start again!!! Someone should start a boycott against any company that claims your a customer! Even this was the only dealership in a 100 mile radius.......I would buy a bike first. The marketing department needs to be fired or their public relations should get their walking papers. I shake my head how arrogant this dealer is! Go thru your customers file and work those confirmed buyers not others with their names and addresses on your offers pretending your our dealer. Very disappointing for sure. PS....what's really disturbing is they say they have RECORDS ON ME! Plus they LIST A VEHICLE THAT I DO NOT HAVE OR HAD!!! So where are they getting wrong information ? BAD BAD INFORMATION BEING DISTRIBUTED BY THIS COMPANY. Check out OTHER DEALERS FOR YOUR OWN SAFTY AND PRIVACY. This one uses private INFO!

I figured that the slow oil leak finally gave out with the cold weather and the gasket blew in the engine. I honestly figured I would be scrapping my car today. After walking over and talking to one of the mechanics, Jerry. He told me to pull my car around and he would check it out for me today and give me a call if it's fixable or not worth it (I told him I didn't really want to put money into the car). He said they were super busy today but he will squeeze me in. Once I got there he asked if I could hang for a few min to diagnose the car and checked it out immediately. After lifting the car and checking everything they realized it was a clogged oil filter. It was so clogged that oil wasn't passing through and some of it was leaking everywhere. When they removed it I think a few of the guys got covered in oil (I kinda felt bad to be honest but they all laughed it off). Because oil got everywhere they also proceeded to clean underneath my car with some foam stuff and then ran it a little to burn what was left off. They were incredibly funny, helpful, patient, personable and honest. I spoke mostly to Jerry and the gentleman inside at the register who was also amazing. Even though I live 30 min from here and they helped me in a pinch, I will definitely bring my car back if anything else goes wrong. Service was incredible.

    Dave's Auto did a state annual inspection for my car in April, and the car failed inspection. Because it was not initially clear what code was causing the check engine light, I had to drive the car long distances after each repair was made, until eventually the check engine light stayed off. I called Dave's Auto each morning to ask for help with diagnosing and repairing the car, each time they would tell me yes, I could bring the car in that morning. I would show up within 20 minutes only to be told they could not take my car and to come back again the next day. In order to get the work done in a timely way with better communication, I ended up taking the car to other mechanics for diagnosis and repair. In June when the repairs were finally completed and all was set for reinspection, I called Dave's Auto to ask them to reinspect my car. They told me their machine was broken and to call back the next day. When I called back again, I was told the machine would not be repaired until after my 60-day period was over. Since their machine was broken and they were not able to provide the standard free reinspection, I asked them if they would give me a refund for the original inspection they did, and they said no. While some of their customer service was good, some of it was unhelpful or rude, and overall they did not resolve my problem or communicate effectively.

The folks there are so friendly - they gave our toddler toy cars and stickers to take home, and he had a great time watching them work from the lobby.
