I went to Advance Auto Parts to start a DIY catalytic converter anti-theft project. Alberto assisted me with finding the necessary products, patiently explained bolt sizing nomenclature (this came in handy later), and verified I had a metric tool set to use on my Honda Element. With Alberto's help I was able to successfully implement my desired design for my anti-theft project. I don't always work on my vehicle, but when I do I prefer Advance Auto Parts in Duluth GA. I needed a battery for my daughter's hybrid car. The dealership was trying to sell me a battery at a high price but did not have it in stock. I called this store and talked to the manager, Alberto. He looked it up and had the battery for a lot less than the dealership. I told him my daughter would be by to pick it up as she lived out near this store and I didn't. He wanted to make sure he helped her but I wasn't sure when she would be there so he passed her information on to one of the employees Arlyn. When my daughter got there she asked for Arlyn and my daughter said that Arlyn was very helpful and knew exactly what she came for and asked my daughter if she had any questions at all. Both of these employees made the experience for my daughter easier, and for me cheaper. Now when I need parts, I stop by this store when I am in the area. Thank you to both of them. read more

I recently visited this location looking for a hose for my water pump. After trying a few other stores i came here and Alberto was amazing! He informed me they sold the hose by the foot and even went the extra mile of making sure it was the right size by grabbing a pump and putting it on to see if it was correct. Would definitely recommend going here his customer service is top tier. read more

I had a great experience at this location. The staff was friendly. LINDSEY was FANTASTIC. She was knowledgeable about why I was experiencing a problem with my lights, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I asked if she would be willing to teach me how to install the lights myself, and she came out to my car to walk me through every step. She was super nice and definitely deserves a raise!!! Este tienda es de lo PEOR realice un pedido el viernes 4 bujías para mi Corolla según llegaba el sábado, llame el sábado y nada, fui el domingo y nada, hoy martes fui a la tienda y cuando las pido me dan 3 bujías!!! I was very pleased that they replaced my battery free of charge, even though it was only two months from the expiration of the warranty. They installed it at no charge as well. I was so grateful, I gave the man who installed my battery a $20 tip. In less than 20 minutes I had a new battery and was on my way. I would highly recommend this advance auto location. read more

I decided to go to Advance Auto Parts after being let down time and time again by Autozone. I was not disappointed. I was greeted by an associate almost immediately after I entered the store. The man was friendly and helpful, and didn't make me feel like any lesser of a person just because I didn't know a lot about cars. Advance Auto Parts installed my battery into my PT Cruiser for FREE (After Autozone told me they couldn't do it because it would 'require tools' and that is 'not allowed'). They were so quick and efficient that I was even able to make it to work on time! This Advance Auto Parts is less than 5 minutes from the TERRIBLE Autozone I was going to before.
