However, I brought my car to have them repair my power steering repaired. They called me and told me that it was fixed. But when I arrived at home my power steering was still leaking and I had to keep putting power steering fluid to work. I took my car back to them again to fix it. Once again they told me it was repaired. A few days later my wife was stranded while shopping for over an hour because the hose that they replaced was an inferior hose. I had to take my car to another repair shop and they told me that whoever replaced that hose was not a proper hose and it didn't even have a clamp on it. I called Quality Break and Auto repair being that they didn't do the job correctly after two times of bringing my vehicle to their shop. I called them to ask that some of he money be returned to me being that I had to pay over $600.00 again to actually have it repaired correctly. I was told that there was nothing they could do! I'm a prior Veteran who is 68 years old and on Social Security we don't receive a lot of money from Social Security. one would think that they would stand by their work, but not so!!! So much for being honest. One thing is for sure they lost a customer!

Quickly and efficiently, they fixed the tire then mounted it as the spare tire which was over 20 years old. The set of tires purchase elsewhere out of state where we live were two weeks old. I bought a new replacement tire, and it was mounted and balanced. The pricing was very fair. I watched and saw numerous people helped with consistent caring service on a Saturday morning. They had it fixed in no time and charged more than a fair price. Even though this place is not close to home I will come back time and time again in order to get service like Pat and Walter Provided. No updates, no explanation other than the time is a drop off time and they had other cars still in the garage from yesterday.
