Over 200 miles from home and my van was running rough. I narrowed the problem down to a few things, but with minimal tools I wasn't sure what I should do. Thankfully the manager at this store was incredibly understanding and helpful! He had the parts I needed and let me borrow some basic tools to get my van running properly again. Thanks so much for the help, keeping me and my family from being stranded far from home! read more

Drove in on a Saturday morning, right after they opened and Brian was kind enough to do a switch with the new battery. The whole process took me about 25 minutes and it was a COLD morning for him to make the switch. I recommend them a 100% they have never steered (no pun intended) me wrong.

No updates, no explanation other than the time is a drop off time and they had other cars still in the garage from yesterday. I drive over to the store and the lady at the register double checks to make sure that's what I wanted, added a road hazard package, things sounded great. 2 hours later I'm told that they actually sold the tires I had picked out and didn't have anymore but I could get the next price up at $450. Talk to the manager's manager and he tells me he can take $10 off per tire and it'll still come out to $470 after tax. So I either have to be upsold or leave with my old tires.... which is what I did. By the way, it's now after 5:00pm so all the other shops nearby are closed or booked. Thanks Walmart!

Quality Car Wash

This place is a couple of years old now. It's a new facility compared to their competitor "Touch…read moreof Class" about a mile north. Both places charge $10 for the basic wash, QCW refers to it as the "Quality" wash. But for $22, you get unlimited Quality washes for the month. So after your third wash, you're ahead of the game. There are wash upgrades of what services they can provide. All upgrades are performed by the automated wash. There is no human labor involved in the cleaning process. With each upgrade both the single wash and monthly pass prices go up. Takes about 5 minutes for the entire wash. Machine does a pretty good job drying, but I bring a few old rags in my trunk to wipe off the extra water and shine up some spots the wash rags misses. I also open up doors and trunk and dry the door jams. They provide a free vacuum, as does their competitor. I bring this up because their sister location on Sternberg Rd only provides complimentary vacs if you have the monthly pass. The vacs do a great job. Basically they suck. Also for an additional charge, you can get your mats scrubbed. However it only works on flat mats. WeatherTech won't make it through the machine.

Value: I had purchased the holiday unlimited ultimately deal b3g1 month for the family. The convenience is unmatched, but the wash isn't always very great. Sometimes I have to go through twice, just to get a dirty car fully clean. I wish this one had mirrors so we could see prior to driving away or having to get out of your car. Also, not a fan that the staff don't put the plastic protector on at this location as they do elsewhere. Overall, I love the convenience, but not always the price. I'd never consider it without the unlimited as it's very costly.
