So far, I've had my air conditioner fixed, upper control arms replaced, rear differential seal…read morereplaced, (one more thing no longer leaking, thank God!), 2 oil changes, all my spark plugs replaced and my front two turn signals replaced. Upcoming I have all four shocks going to be replaced and my rear main seal as well (last thing that's leaking!!)....all together, STILL less than $5k and that's including the parts! Nowhere, and I mean NOWHERE has been as dependable, responsible, flexible or saved me as much money as this young man has managed to do in all the years I've had automobiles fixed! He's cleaned and wiped off grease and gunk left by other garages, wiped off his greasy handprints (lol because he knows that's a pet peeve of mine on my white jeep) and been there when no one else would work on my car. Sundays? No problem! After business hours? No problem! Scheduling me during a holiday weekend so I can save my vacation days? No problem! If you're taking your business elsewhere, you're simply nuts. And worst of all? You're throwing good money away. My rear main seal requires him to drop my transmission! That's a huge job! Elsewhere it would've cost me just that job alone over $5k! On a jeep? Definitely! You won't find a more honest, down-to-earth, kind-hearted, hard working mechanic anywhere around with such a flexible schedule. Flexibility in other shops are limited but the owner's reluctance to pay their mechanics for working hours outside of their business hours. Erik IS THE BUSINESS OWNER and THE MECHANIC, so he has the flexibility to work WHEN he wants! And often enough, he's kind enough to move those hours around to fit people like me in. Save yourself some $$$$ and headaches and go see him and compare. You'll end up being sorry you didn't do it much sooner!

Jacob drove on his day off to come to Ocala to fix it but was willing to tow it to his shop if needed (all free of charge!). He was very sincere with his apology. Furthermore, he's a very patient man. He inspected a concern with my suspension (when my a/c job was done) and gave an estimate that lead to him working past closing time. He's honest about what needs to be replaced and what is fine. He fixed my two rear control arms by the next day :) Additionally, his prices are much cheaper than the original estimate I received elsewhere. He allows you to bring your own parts or they will give you a fair price.

"Big Will" quoted him something…read morelike $4,000 worth of stuff, so my brother told him "hey, I need some time to think about this; that's a lot of money" and went home with nothing done to his truck. A couple days go by and he gives the shop another call to tell them he didn't want any work done. He decided his old truck wasn't worth $4,000 worth of mods. They told him "hey that's cool, we'll just cancel your order." About a month later, my brother checks his bank account after getting notified that a $200 charge just hit his account. So Big Will - the owner, mind you - said to him while he was in the shop "if $4,000 is too much, why don't you fill out this application; it's a soft credit check that will see if you qualify for monthly payments". So my brother filled out the form - not 100% sure what happened after that, but something went wrong. At this point you might be thinking "ah, simple mistake" - that's what my brother first thought. So he called them up, and now all their friendly, helpful personas evaporated and they refused to cancel his order or refund his money. "We already ordered your stuff, so you've gotta pay for it." He refused and made sure to cancel that order with his card. So another month goes by and now the shop is blowing up his phone "we haven't gotten paid" - but they haven't done anything. So after spending quite a bit of time on the phone with the credit line he unwittingly opened, he managed to cancel the order... we still don't know if he's getting refunded the money he's already spent. I normally don't do this sorta thing, but money's been tight for my brother, this has really stressed him out and it's been painful to watch him suffer with this frustration. My takeaway? I refuse to do any business with these people, and I encourage you to avoid them likewise.
