When I went to pick up the car from Walmart, I also found that they HAD changed one of the other tires that ALSO had a missing wheel stud. They had no explanation as to why they could change the one but not the other. They waisted my entire day. The other shop I went to had no problem changing the tire with a missing wheel stud. Walmart would not even give me a refund for the installation of the one tire. I'm going to have to dispute it with my bank. I WILL NEVER do business with Walmart Automotive again.

Satisfied that everything was on track, I hung up the phone and simply expected to show up the next morning for the part. much to my surprise, Justin called me right back and indicated that he had found the same part (on a competitors website) a cheaper price. He called to tell me that he would match that price. had he not called me back, I wouldn't have known about the cheaper price. There is a very good selection of products at a very convenient location. However, I briefly visited twice in one day, and I was about to purchase an Auto Spa car cleaning product when I was asked to leave the store! The employee told me twice, "Excuse me, you can't come here again," and motioned for me to leave. I than left quickly and quietly, feeling disappointed and shocked. I've been buying my tires from them since, even when I've moved to different cities. The service and honesty I receive is always the same. They tell me when I need tires and when I don't. They have never tried to upsell me to something I don't need and have often told me when my tires are fine despite a big box store that did an oil change and claimed my tires were bad. I went straight from there to Discount Tire and they told me I still had plenty of life left in my tires. I got a new car and just replaced the tires on that after they were two years old and am so happy to have a set of tires from Discount Tires on my car. Knowing they will rotate them and check pressure for me anytime gives me peace and comfort. I find that prices here are always on par or better than competitors and that's important now more than ever.
