Great experience from start to finish. I have always had my heart set on a bmw and I was finally in a position to get one. Zachary was extremely professional and polite, not pushy and very knowledgeable on the product. My experience with the entire team was impressive and they were able to get me out of there quickly due to plans I had. I brought my 9 year old and fellow parents can appreciate how that might get boring quickly for a kid but Zach had a couple activities for him to stay busy. Snacks weren't bad either, haha. Super excited about my new car, which was a steal. Thanks to the whole team- I will absolutely make the trek back to Gainesville the next time I need to buy a car.

Excellent customer service! The staff is very friendly and energetic! They do everything in their power to help you out. For instance, I needed pick my brother from school while we were looking at cars and they told us to pick him up in the car we were looking at. It was thei license plate still, under their insurance and thei car that we hadn't signed yet for! Who does that to make sure that the customer can really enjoy the car? When we decided to get the car, we didnt have our updated insurance card or a check for the down payment so we thought we couldnt bring the car home.... But not so fast! We just signed the papers and we left with our new car with the promise we have to bring a check in and insurance card. We left under their insurance and not paying a cent yet! I couldnt believe they allowed that but they truly sold me into the bmw family. I came back the next day with a check and the card and had a good chat with the staff. Mike is really energetic guy with a happy attitude and Susana is the sweetest girl who we actually talked about our lives while waiting for the paper. This dealership is simply amazing, hospitable, clean, amd amazing free coffee and snacks. I'm happy with my car and service from this dealership.

    Email

Avoid this dealership and its deceptive business practices! I communicated via email with Manny Rios, Pre-Owned Manager, about a CPO X5 and trading my X5. He communicated a net walkout price at 7:55p on 7/29/21. I replied that I needed to discuss the deal and would reply first thing the next morning, which I did. I replied with an offer that included a 2% price reduction, i.e. not irrational. Manny replied at 10:44a that he needed to confirm the work being done to the car to see if they could accept the offer, but that we were 'close'. He said he would reply shortly. At 3:21p I received an email stating that they were rescinding their offer, due to the cost of shop services. The explanation given was that a rim was bent and brakes were replaced, which would have already been known, given all pictures provided the prior day were of the car without any rims on it. I was then contacted by a different person and told that none of that was true, but that they believed an excess wear and tear policy would cover new tires and it didn't. They then increased the price from THEIR offer by $2k by naming full retail cost of things like an oil change, which is obviously not the dealer's cost. Regardless, due to a supposed error of its employee, they refused to honor their prior price. While they apologized that they shouldn't have negotiated without knowing all information, that's not my problem as a consumer and I have never encountered anything like this from a supposed 'luxury' dealer. I ended up eating the cost of an airline ticket and hotel. Sometimes it's better to reduce your profit margin and do the right thing, as opposed to claiming you legally have the ability to do so.

We just had a horrible experience with Advanced Tire Service on Main Street in Gainesville,…read moreFlorida. In May of last year, a little more than 12 months ago, we purchased Goodyear Assurance All Season tires for our car. We paid for the tires, an alignment, and a "lifetime balance and rotation" package. Yesterday we went back to Advanced for an oil change and a tire rotation. After performing this work, Advanced also did several system checks and inspected the tires. "Mark", one of the employees in the office, told me my tire treads for wearing thin on three of the tires and one was in the "just okay" range. He mentioned that I should probably get new tires on my next oil change in 5000 miles. I was appalled. You see, the car has only been driven 12,000 miles in 12 months. The Goodyear warranty on tires is 65,000 miles, given normal wear and tear. When "Mark" looked at the invoice from 12 months ago, he thought that the mechanic, a newer hire, probably made a mistake on the tire tread depth gauge. Another mechanic went out to the car to double check the reading, and confirmed that the tire treads had indeed been worn beyond what one would expect after only 12,000 miles of driving. "Mark" mentioned he would speak with his supervisor/manager (Mike Mullins), and get back to me. He didn't. So my wife and I visited the shop this morning. The mechanics put the car up on the lift, and determined that the alignment from 12 months ago was done improperly. This was their mistake. They mentioned that the excessive tire wear was due to an improper alignment. They performed another alignment while we waited. They assured us that the tire wear henceforth would be closer to normal, although the tires already have significant wear. Not a good feeling when you are driving on the interstate or in town. But here's the best part. While we were getting ready to get in our car and leave, they informed us we owe them for today's tire alignment. Now that's incredibly nervy. Worse, the cost of an alignment this year is 20% higher than last year's cost. $120 versus $100. That's a whopping 20% increase. Of course, we will never go back to Advanced Tire Service. My opinion is that they were trying to "take us for a ride", even though they admitted that the issue was due to their less than stellar workmanship. There are many auto repair places in Gainesville take your vehicles for maintenance, including car dealers. That's where we will take our car in the future. They may charge a little more for their services but at least I think they are more honest and trustworthy.
