Also, the layout of the store flowed making it easy for my nephew to locate what he needed rather easily. When I walked in, all 4 counter guys were on their phones. I stood there about 10 minutes but even when they finished their calls, they never acknowledged me. I finally stood in front on one of them and when he hung up, I forced my conversation and what I was looking for. He said, sure, we should have those and called for a parts puller up to the counter to help me. Another 20 minutes elapsed before someone showed up. He went huntin' (as he put it), for the part. He came back empty handed after 10 minutes. While not convenient, I guess that's just the way it is, especially when trying to avoid paying Ford $25 for a new one.

Just nickel dimes in fees. They should have issued full credit and ate the credit card fees. We would have never been in this situation if they would have supplied a a good usable transmission. There have been two instances where there were missing parts (gaskets), one from a water pump and another from a fuel pump. With the water pump incident, the sales person got another water pump from the back and after inspecting that one, it clearly was installed on a vehicle (used) since the gasket was poorly adhered to the pump. Both of these instances happening within the last three months. The inventory in this location is a bit unreliable so I advise to inspect what you purchase before you leave the store. Besides that, NAPA does have quality parts.

Took it to the local Cummins Diesel Repair Shop that supposedly specializes in RV Cummins Diesel Repair down here in South Florida... They said that the issue was with the Exhaust Brake System (PacBrake) and therefore would not repair it. Took it to the FleetPride Service Center on Beaver Street in Jacksonville who correctly diagnosed the issue as an exhaust manifold leak, ordered the parts and completed the repairs in a week's time. Ebb and the team consistently kept us informed, took care to ensure that the work area that they had to use in the motorhome was protected/kept clean and was extremely knowledgeable to include terminology such as "PacBrake" that Cummins seemingly was unable to know anything about! And, when we came to pick up the motorhome, it was even washed for us! Thank you, Ebb, and the entire FleetPride Team at this location for the EXCELLENT Service that we received. It may be over 4 hours to get there from our location but it was well worth the trip and, if the need should ever arise, we will make that drive to their facility again!
