I started my morning in line for automotive at Walmart. Oil change time. Except they didn't have my filter & they were "low" on a lot of premium synthetic oil. They told me to go to Autozone, buy the filter & come back... Guess what I didn't do. Instead, I called Tire Outlet & they chuckled and said to come right in. Sold. Stephen did a thorough inspection- you get a report on your vehicle health and go from there. I was advised for a couple of filters, but opted to replace those myself. I was running errands on Saturday and noticed a nail in my right front tire. So, I went down to Tire Outlet to see if they could help me, as I was running out of air fast. They were so busy, but they worked me in. I was told it might be an hour, so I told them that was fine. I found a delightful cup of complimentary coffee and water station for customers while they wait. I also had to use the restroom and it was decorated in a nautical theme and it was very clean. I am a customer of another tire store for many years, but they are so much further away from me. I live in Arlington and I think you've won me over as a new customer. I heard you guys offering the tire warranty for $15.00 and I always bought that at my other tire store. Glad to know you offer this. Pros-great place and prices. They also had my car ready early! LOVE this place and honestly can't say enough good things. We're a 1 car household, getting by with a 20 year old Mazda 3. We're taken the car to this location for everything from minor tire issues to major engine concerns. Every single time, they've been quick with drop off, estimate and turnaround. They also haven't come at us with any of the typical mechanic tactics of telling us we need to have more work done than we actually do. I'm a veteran and went in to buy 4 new tires and an alignment- I showed my military ID twice and asked specifically if I was getting a discount, twice I was told yes and once again when the total was given to me I asked if my discount was applied and was told yes. Immediately after I ran my card the sales guy Darius Idelbird informed me that he had not applied my d and offered me a 50% discount on my next oil change. I feel that I have been taken advantage of by Tire Outlet, and I paid the price. I took my car into the Tire Outlet on Merrill Rd for a simple replacement of my rear brakes. I was left with a massive bill; the car never ran the same and it only ran for four weeks. I contacted the district manager Mr. Duckworth to explain what was happening, he assured me that he would make it right. The vehicle was towed to the New Berlin Rd shop. They claimed that they would fix the problem and the car again only lasted only four weeks. I have attempted to contact the district manager Mr. Duckworth again. I have made phone calls, left messages, sent a register letter and emailed him, as of this date he has not responded to any of my attempts. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE PEOPLE!!!!! I brought my 2004 Honda Element to them for an alignment adjustment after having my rear knuckle bushings replaced like they recommended. they claimed they couldn't properly adjust my rear toe due to the bushings not being replaced. During this they gave me my car back with the bolt loose on my control arm which caused my rear toe to go back in and my trailing arm slammed into my wheel resulting in damage to my wheel and my trailing arm. I went to them to reconcile the situation and Sean (Manager) repeatedly told me the rear knuckle bushing wasn't replaced and that the damage is my fault and they will not cover the cost of replacing my $1200 rear trailing arm. They will only cover the cost of getting my wheel fixed. Which like cool you'll cover that but why not cover the actual damage you did to my car? I was told by multiple mechanics that your "alignment tech" left the bolt loose, which at the end of day resulted in damage to my vehicle. They also claim they couldn't road test my vehicle after the alignment (which is a requirement of an alignment) due to my car being lowered so they didn't notice the trailing arm hitting the wheel. I was a mechanic for Honda and Mercedes Benz, this is a requirement of an alignment and if you can't perform a road test then tell the customer that you won't do their alignment instead and doing one improperly!! This company is full of crooks and liars, they will damage your car then blame you and refuse to fix it. POS COMPANY!!!! AGAIN DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!! read more

I shopped around for a set of new tires for my 2019 Ford Taurus for several days. I had heard good reviews of Tire Outlet so I called to see what options they could offer. The service rep Brian was a big help in going over my options and helping me select tires that were the best for my situation. I had checked prices from several sources and the prices at Tire Outlet were competitive and reasonable. They had to have tires shipped from warehouse and they showed up the next day as promised, I received a call and stopped in with no appointment and they were able to get me back on the road in around 45 minutes. The facility is newer and clean and all the team I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend them for tires. They also do service work and I have not tried that yet but will give it a try as needed read more

Everytime i come here theres a problem. I dont come here by choice, i come back because i purchased warranties and until those expire i have to deal with it. Customer service is trash. Time management is trash. 1st big issue: i had a 10am appointment and my vehicle didnt go in for work until 330pm. I had to pick up my vehicle the next day because they didnt have time to finish it before close. 2nd big issue was today. I brought in my tire for a valve replacement at 10am. At 330pm i recieved no call or update. So i called to ask if there was a missed call or if there was any update. I was met with a rude ass employee who talked about everything that went on in the shoo except my tire. I came into the shop and when i spoke to him he did not have the same energy as he did on the phone. Instead of righting the wrong, he made excuses, ignored me and walked away from the counter. He has been pacing outside the office and staying outside. I am still here and it is 5:52pm. They close at 5. Theres 2 other customers here that have recieved no updates about their vehicles. No one is in the office to answer questions or give updates. This establishment is trash and so are the people who work here. At th point my shit should have been free. Hot garbage! I had previously given them a great review. I took my car in because it was shaking at 50 mph. Staff said tires needed balanced, so got this work done as well as an oil change. When I picked my car up, shaking was worse. Took it back, the said $99 for "diagnostic" for them to drive my car. I asked if this would be taken off repar. They sad no. I got my keys back, went elsewhere. Had tires balanced and now car drives great. 6 or 7 weights placed on each tire by Tire Outlet. My oil change stamp card was full, but I will take the loss to not return. read more

My husband had a 3 PM appointment Sat 6/29/24 for an oil change and a tire repair. When he brought in his truck 2 hours early before even 1 PM the white guy at the front had a real attitude with him exclaiming, "who would make a 3PM appointment on a Saturday". There were two guys up front, a black man and a white man. The white guy was so unprofessional my husband took his keys back from him and left. If there was a problem with an appointment time then that should have been mentioned when he made the appointment, he should not get a bunch of attitude for bringing in his vehicle for an appointment on a Saturday Afternoon. read more

I originally came in for a wheel alignment after replacing the struts in my vehicle. I was showed that I also needed control arms and the mechanic allowed me in the shop to show me that my control arms were bad. I attempted to replace my control arms but was unable to because the ball joints we ceased way too bad. I brought my vehicle back and was told it might take two days but they were able to complete the job and fix my suspension way before the timeline they had given. I was quoted from many shops but they also gave me a military discount which ultimately made the repair LESS than I had been quoted. Unbelievably rude manager as I pulled up with a dead battery and just needed a quick change and pulled up right as they were opening but they were in the middle of the most important meeting in the history of tires evidently and jerked the door back as I opened it and he was just unbelievably rude and telling me to wait 30 minutes and as I just tried to ask could you do this battery if I wait around he jerked the door back shut and locked it. And this was the manager you could tell! There are so many other tire places in this area...just hurry it up and go out of business & let somebody else open in that location that actually wants to make money and help people. NEVER GO HERE! My boyfriend tried this place out when his father needed new tires. He ended up going to the appointment with him. He had such a great experience that he decided to switch from where he normally went to this place for his new tires he needed for his truck. This was last month, March 2021....fast forward to today. I always try being a hands on woman. I thought I could change the cabin air filter on my Nissan Murano 17'. My daughter successfully removed the old one. I tried putting in the new one only to jam it in and didn't think I installed it correctly therefore I didn't want to use my air for a few days. I called Bryan (one of the Store Managers) and he told me to come by so he could take care of it. I got there and handed him the keys while I sat patiently and waited. Someone came in after me who had a leak in his tire and asked if he would be able to help. Bryan asked for his keys and told him he would get him in and proceed with the service. This place is literally the Publix of grocery stores, the Chick Fil a of fast food restaurants. It's clean, you feel like you can interact with people who are happy to help you and are personable. I will from now on be going here, mind you my boyfriend and I live off Baymeadows and this is on Merrill. Thank you Bryan for being so kind and helpful. To experience this with how the world can be sometimes was so nice!!! I'll be back so you can take good care of my Murano. I pulled in do to my tire pressure sensor coming on. I really like the decor and a big TV to keep you from being bored. My tire was not repairable and the Goodyear tires I had seem to be magnets for nails. In 40k miles every tire had already a patch 2 of the tires twice. The salesmen knew their stuff and talked me into a really nice set of Yokohama tires on my truck . Got a bigger AT hybrid tire for a fair price. Took them about 2.5 hours for everything but got to watch a movie on a massive TV so it was a easy experience. I will shop them again !!! read more

Do not go here! I brought my car in for a simple oil change. While I was leaving, I noticed the check engine light was on. I took it back to them and they offered to pick it up on the weekend to get it fixed since I had just had surgery and was not well enough to stay any longer. They picked it up on that Saturday and kept it all day and offered to send it to another one of their shops to have it checked out. I said no and took it to the dealership. Somehow Tire Outlet caused $4000 damage to my car doing an oil change. Their customer service is terrible, I have been ignored from everyone including the shop manager and the corporate office. I contacted the BBB and they lied and said that the check engine light was on when I first bought the car in. The regional manager called me and tried to gaslight me into believing that an oil change would not cause the damage.He is the only person that I have talked to. For me to sit at YOUR store for over an hour is one thing, but for me to sit there and hear exactly what I told YOUR service advisor reiterate what I said "My A/C is not working" and to not find out what is broken is unbelievable, at first! Then he proceeded to tell me he needed my approval before going any further. I SAT THERE FOR OVER AN HOUR!
