    Just bought a new truck and researched bed liners extensively. I've done roll on bed liner before…read moremyself. I've use both the types of kits you can buy at Auto Zone and Advance and I previously owned a truck that had Rhino Liner already when I bought it. Honestly they all sucked but for all different reasons. I called these guys last Thursday and Steve called me back later in the day. We discussed the type of truck, pricing and how the Line-X product is better than all the other spray in bed liners. I kept him on the phone for probably about twenty minutes and he never got frustrated with my questions. This type of patience is the exact quality I'm looking for in the person when I put a $60,000 rig in their hands. He took the time to educate me and I new he was going to take his time and do the right job. Saving time to him didn't seem to be a big deal. He has passion for what he does and we both agreed good things are never quick and quick things are never good. He's been doing it since 2001 and was 100% professional and I highly recommend at least calling and talking with him if you're thinking about getting a spray in liner. They also do bed covers which I told him I'd be back for in a few weeks. My appointment was set for this morning at 10:30, he called me to confirm at 9:30 and the entire process took a little over 3 1/2 hours which is exactly what he told me to expect. He removed and disassembled the tailgate, removed the tie downs and plugs, wire taped the edges, prepped the existing paint (roughing the clear I believe they call it), backed it in the booth, covered everything on the truck not getting sprayed, laid the Line-X, and got it all back together and me back on the road in his projected window. The craziest part was him keeping the appointment in the first place. We got 3-4 inches of snow last night so when I got there he had to broom all the snow out of the bed, blow the water out with compressed air and then leave the truck under heat lamps while working on prep just so it would be dry and the application would be as successful as possible. He mentioned he took his time because he doesn't want to see me again until I buy another truck which means that he does it right the first time and his work doesn't need a second touch up or have warranty issues afterwards. I told him he wouldn't get that lucky that I was going to be back to get that cover. Steve knows his stuff. He's been doing it for a long time, he was on time, he cares and he did a fantastic job. Guys like this that can stand back at the end of the day and think about what they did and take pride in their work are a rare breed these days. I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone in the market for LINE-X or a bed cover for their truck. The icing on the cake is that he's $100 cheaper then the guy in Virginia and well worth the gas and distance.

    Today started out as one of the best customer services experiences with AutoZone and ended in one…read moreof the worst experiences of my life! It started out with me picking up my online order at the 4664 store in Waldorf, MD. I received exceptional customer service from Miguel. He directed be to store 1832, in La Plata to purchase one of the items I needed. While at this location I had the most egregious interactions with the young lady at the register. On staff there was an older black man, Francis, a taller young lady with brown or blond hair who was very polite and helpful and a young lady with black hair who displayed an atrocious attitude. She verbally attacked me twice and when I asked her what her name was, she stated, "I don't have a name." I found myself defending my wellbeing and safety and explaining to her that her tone, attitude and behavior was incongruent and inappropriate. I also had to remind her that she was at work and not in the street and should not be verbally attacking me. She stated that she doesn't care. This was the most traumatizing experience I have ever had. I was so traumatized that I had to sit in my car for few minutes to gather myself before I pulled off. I'm not sure if this is acceptable with the company or if customer service in not a priority, but none of this was ok!

I was looking for an item which I happened to have the item number since I have worked for home Depot for 30 years . I asked him to look up to see if they have it in stock and he said our system doesn't work like that ( which is not true!) . I convinced him to try their system and TADA it was working like that . It was saying they have 3 in store which doesn't necessarily mean you should have 3 and I understand it but I couldn't find it in the isle and asked him if he could please check , maybe I can't see it and he didn't even bother to move . I asked him two more times before I leave to advanced auto parts right across the street and buy the same item . Good job auto zone!

    I purchased a set of rain x silcone wiper blades for my car from this location two Sundays ago from…read moretoday. The associate wasn't sure about installing them that day. He finally did. Well lo and behold he installed them incorrectly and I didn't notice until last night when I drove in the rain for over an hour straight Fast forward to today 12/16. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager (Gerald I believe). I explained the situation and he said you can go to any autozone and get them replaced no questions asked. So I drove here at 6:35pm. He asked me to describe who did the job and chuckled. Then he saw that the plastic was left on the blades and they would be fully operational now so go ahead and test them out. I explained I couldn't because A. Its not raining. B. I don't have enough windshield wiper in my car to give it a true test. He seemed irritated at the fact that I insisted that he replace them and then proceeds to tell me to leave and go elsewhere with an attitude. So trying to help an upset customer over a botched job by one of your own employees is my fault? Now I have scratches on my windshield because of their negligence. I even called the one in la plata and the manager told me to call customer service and not waste my breathe. I should listened to my wife and avoid autozone. I will never shop at another autozone ever again
