I only had one day off to get it fixed and these guys did it. The mechanic stayed with the car all day, special ordered the part, and gave me a ride to and from my house. They also gave me a military discount, you don't see that a lot these days. The shop looked very clean and so did the lobby. They also had a small play area for kids and a TV. My car needed so much work that they stayed after hours to finish the job. When they picked me up they also informed me that my intake system needed cleaning and that I should get that done as soon as I can. I was waiting for an up sale but to my surprise, no up sale . Just straight up information. At the end of my service I was highly impressed. I defiantly plan on coming back next time I need any service done on my wife's car... Like the intake system. By the way, make sure to ask for Sunny, he's the owner and super nice guy. The front desk guy, Justin was also really easy going, he was the mechanic that worked on my SUV. Most mechanics won't really talk to the customer or just try to hand you off, Justin was ready to get the job done and help me out. If you need a place to work on your car and a fair price, go with these guys. The car runs great and I got a warranty with the service. I found my new shop.

I was told it was in great condition. I purchased the vehicle and after taking delivery, the local Lexus shop in my town put it up on the rack and showed a lot of rust, and virtually all after market parts throughout. I have lived in Indian Head for 10 years but only recently pulled in here to get gas. I am so glad I did! As I was pumping gas, a woman came out to make sure I wasn't having any trouble. She said sometimes the directions on the pumps regarding the rewards cards can be a little confusing. I didn't need help, but I thought she was very cheery for it being so early in the morning, and it was so polite to offer to help. A few days prior to this, my rear view mirror had fallen off, and I noticed they were also a service station. I asked the lady if someone there could fix my mirror. She said she'd go check, and a man named Gino made an appointment for me to stop back by the next morning. The next morning, I arrived almost 30 minutes early, but Gino said it was no problem. Before I was even finished "checking-in", a man named Stewart was ready to start on my car. Within minutes, the mirror base was back up. I knew it would need to "set" for 24 hours. He told me that I could either put the mirror back up (just slide it onto the base) after 24 hours, or I could stop back by and they would do it for me. That's great customer service! I ended up sliding the mirror back on a few days later, and it has been up ever since. I stopped back by to get gas again, & they remembered me. I gave them an update on my mirror as well, and they seemed happy & thanked me for being a customer. I hate I can't remember the woman's name - I'll try to get it & update the review later (or if anyone from the shop reads this & can provide her name, that'd be great!) Now I plan to take my car there for my next oil change, etc. I highly recommend!

That is because I haven't had a great experience with either of them. After having a very terrible experience at JJ's Auto service which is right next door and please see my review for that. I had an excellent experience at Boswell's which is where I got everything fixed for a fraction of the price. Bill and Tom, the latter of whom is the owner we're super friendly and nice. Tom's wife answers the phone and is polite and courteous. I wanted the job done quickly and efficiently so that I could get my car back on the road otherwise I wouldn't be able to move forward with the rest of my work in business meetings they were very understanding of that and made sure that they did everything to accomplish it and exceeded my expectations I have absolutely nothing horrible to say about them because they're such wonderful folks and apparently they've been in business for a very long time and they know what they do and they're good at it. If you ever find yourself stuck in the area and need car repairs I would have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone
