I told this specific person, along with every other problem, I stated in that report that the car was overheating and leaking something. They checked it and they said, nope no leaks..? They knew this, but did not fix it. I went there three separate times because my service engine light came on. This all happened in seven days. Instead, I took it to Oreillys to get a second option on the scan. There it was- Lost Communication With Engine Coolant Pump Control Module and my emission status now says yellow, whereas before this accident, it was green. Of course they said it was my fault. No emission light came while they were running the codes. I find that extremely hard to believe. Take it or leave it as far the service center goes, I am just stating my own experience.

They 'fixed' that issue, but when I picked my car up there was a new clunking noise. I took it back in the next day and they said another part was broken with the same area of suspension. They then tried to get me to spend another $800 to fix this issue, and worked around saying they didn't break that part. This establishment, in my opinion, was trying to get more money out of me for an issue they caused. I will never recommend this place to anyone, and will never go back. Might I add, the part that broke was only 5 months old.
