I saw the untouched brand new oil filter on the passenger seat. (Tape seal was still intact.) Unfortunately I was in a rush and had to get to work. I get my oil changed every 4,000 miles due to knowing that Subarus burn oil when they're higher mileage. Unfortunately, as I was coming home on 10/28, my oil light flicked on. Come to find out, my oil is almost completely burned off. I will never be taking my car here again. I will be asking for a refund. This was absolutely disgusting practice. And now I have to go back to Subaru and ask them to make sure nothing is damaged due to LB Smith Ford Lincoln's negligence.
