So we wait a little later (1hr) to go pick up the parts we we arive at the store No one is there to greet us . 5 mins lapse and we see an employee . We ask to pick up our order they said would be ready in 30 mins . They say the is 1 piece out of a 3 piece order that i can't pick up till tomarrow ??!! Remind you i called an hr ago and was told no such thing ! So i say ok can i get the parts you have now so we can work on that while we wait till tomarrow to get the last part . Advanced employee responds NO you cant have any till tomarrow when we xan get the 3rd one from UPSTAIRS !!?? So i pay again for 1 of the parts to buy another because i can not have what. I already paid for !!!! So i bought that and i left to fix my car ! When going to put new part on my car i notice new part is BROKEN !, So i take new part off and drive back to advanced auto parts . when return employee is RUDE and says i have to re order a 3rd part online in order to exchange this Broken part they sold me 20 mins ago ..LIKE REALLY !!!!! Cannot recommend this place enough. Best in town and significantly cheaper than the big name guys. This time I brought in a rear windshield that was an after market piece, but it has a manual window on it which is why I wanted it. They installed it quickly and it was a flawless install. It's set perfect and there are no leaks after waiting 72 hours to dry then two trips to the carwash and a hose test, I water boarded the heck out of that window, no leaks anywhere and I tried to find even the littlest of one. Super happy I got the window and got the Rite people to install it. If you need auto glass work Rite Way will come to you or you can go to the shop, they will get you taken care of quicker than and considerably cheaper than the big national company even if they have to come to you. Just call Rite Way you won't regret it.

Went in for an oil change after receiving a flyer for a $29.99 synthetic blend oil change. Upon…read morearrival, I was told that my car requires 0w-20 oil, and that the full synthetic oil change was 109 or something like that. I agreed because i want to use the correct grade of oil for my car. I got a call a couple of hours later saying that the filter housing was stuck and that they would not be able to replace the filter without breaking the housing and replacing it with a better quality housing. They quoted me $65 dollars for a new housing, and the new total would be $265 dollars. I questioned them as to why it would be $100 dollars more than the cost of the part that they were going to break on my car. They claimed additional labor was required... to remove a part that was part of the normal oil change. We went back and forth on the phone, I went to pick up the car. I walked them though the steps of changing the oil. including replacing the oil filter housing O-rings. They agreed that that was how it was done. They lied to me stating that they opened the hood before the car was on the lift to change the oil filter, people of the internet, The filter is on the bottom of the engine. It was either a cash grab, or incompetency. but I don't appreciate being lied to. I ended up taking my car elsewhere. Avoid the Lowery road location at least.

I stopped and checked the level in my 2014 Outback and it was low so I added a quart. I was distracted by another person having car trans I neglected to put the filler cap back on. My oil light came on again and I should have stopped but instead I called the nearest dealer which was Quantrell and they suggested I come in. Even with a computer problem they got my car in and quickly found the problem that I created. The engine, under carriage, and tire were dripping oil. They took it outside to spray off the oil and top off the oil. I was happily surprised to find that there was no charge for their services. I guarantee you that my local Subaru dealer wouldn't have been as accommodating or generous.
