They take a week in a half to do it and really only felt like they started it the day they said I could pick it up because once they "finished" it and told me to come get it there was another problem that they would have to keep for the weekend. They ended up fixing that for free. The light turns on again 4 days later on the same tank of gas I got it back in so I bring it back and the very nice kid working told me they brought it to the other shop that does teslas and other modifications. He was confused about why German Motors themselves didn't do it. So he clears it and says it will be free if it turns back on. About 3 days later it turns on again and I bring it back the next day. This time they finally take my insurance for a loaner car. And then they send me another estimate of 2k worth of different stuff not related to the first problem. They brought it somewhere where it shouldn't have been worked on and are now making me pay for there mistakes.

Everything from the simple to the ridiculous has gone to their shop. This is an incredibly busy shop. I have genuinely never walked in and found anyone being anything less than productive. Usually the work is stacked out the door and trucks are lined up in front of the service bays. These folks have always treated me like I am their number one customer. They have gone out of their way to meet deadlines, and they were honest with me when they couldn't. They have never promised me anything that they did not deliver. They have always been honest and up front with me and never made empty promises just to score a service opportunity. Things that were scheduled to be fixed, were fixed correctly. They have always been honest with me about things they found wrong. They have even told me that issues I thought were problematic, were non issues. If a part could make it a little longer they would tell me that. If they could find a less costly way of doing a job, they have given me that option. If they can't, they have never pressured me to get it done and they have always been honest with me as to why they couldn't. These folks don't need to "slick" people or pressure people into a sale, nor do they have to exaggerate non issues to score a service ticket. They do solid, honest work, to the best of their ability, and they stand behind the work they do. They aren't into gimmicks and shady sales tactics and silly antics designed to pressure or trap their client into having something repaired that isn't really broken. They have a reputation for excellence. They don't need to get clever. They operate two facilities for service. Their main shop is located in Lexington, KY and their satellite shop is located in Georgetown, KY. They also operate mobile service trucks that service the greater Lexington and surrounding areas. I have dealt with a number of their mobile service techs and was always treated with the utmost professionalism. They have responded promptly and done my work as quickly and efficiently as possible, sometimes in very inclement weather. Their mechanics know what they are talking about and I have personally witnessed the research that goes into an issue when their mechanics can't figure it out right away. They have extensive research options at their fingertips and they will stick to the research until they have found the proper way to diagnose and repair a service issue. I have seen this happen in real time. I brought them an issue that was not readily apparent. The first thing they did was collaborate and when that did not yield an appropriate answer, they researched and they solved my problem. They didn't keep guessing while burning through my finances trying to figure something out. All this is important, because when you depend on your truck and trailer for your livlihood, the last thing you want is for people guessing what they are doing or as they say, "faking it to make it." You want to know that the person under the hood knows what they are doing and have a course of action you can count on at a fair price. This business is a multigenerational family business. It is run by family members who work side by side every day, making the business their father left them after his untimely passing all that it can be. Upon being left unexpectedly with the reins of the family business, they picked them up with passion and professionalism, not expectation and entitlement. Theirs is the American success story. I do business with this company because they have old fashioned values and integrity. If Brad or Brandon shake your hand and tell you they'll get it done...you can count on that for a fact. It will be done as reasonably, realistically and quickly as possible. If you are looking for someone to service your tractor trailer, delivery truck or other automotive needs, you cannot go wrong working with these folks. So, come on in and put my review to the test.
