If there were a way to give more than 5 stars to this establishment, I would most certainly do so…read more After a terrible experience with NTB, I happened to drive by Sam's Service Center this morning and decided to stop to get a pair of tires mounted and balanced. Although there was only a short wait before the tires could be installed, which is quite understandable, for what ended up being only a $32 job, the owner drove me home in his personal vehicle, and picked me up when my vehicle was ready. I can't say enough about his level of professionalism, courtesy, and desire not just to do right by his customers but to go above and beyond to make things just as painless and convenient as they could possibly be. In a word, the service was incredible. I've honestly never experienced anything like that at an auto repair store before. If I weren't moving out of town, I would be bringing my truck back to Sam's Service Center to replace my ball joints and tie rods, as I have absolutely no doubt in my mind it would both be performed correctly and timely, not to mention at a very reasonable rate. If you happen upon this, Brad, I can't thank you enough for the exemplary and exceptional service you provided. There was no attempt at upselling, I received the exact service I asked for, there was no questioning what I wanted or needed, it was an extremely straightforward and honest approach to doing business, and I wish I could bring you all of my vehicles when they required maintenance. Sam's Service Center & Auto Parts is far and away the best auto shop with which I've ever done business.

Manager threw a fit over the phone when I called them out for replacing the passenger side because it was Friday and it's an easier job. I told them to replace the correct one. They did, but they didn't put a gasket on the bottom flange and did not tighten the bolts. To make matters worse, they replaced it with a used manifold. Don't trust these guys, find someone else.

I was pretty much driving blindly a few days prior to coming here which was unsafe and scary not knowing where I was going on the road. This O' Reilly was a little smaller than the other locations I've been to. I found my wiper blades and paid for them. Every row I walked through was organized and clean. The staff here was friendly and offered to help me put on the wiper blades. I declined because I knew how to change them. Good place to buy some auto parts!

He could have just swapped them but instead decided to order a whole new one. The car was in for over heating and he said he pressure tested it.. there is no way because the water outlet housing was cracked all the way up and through on both lines . coolant would have been spraying everywhere or blown them apart.. the hoses were soft and needed replaced. I called to discuss the bill and he got mad and started trying to add more .. he said he didn't charge for the thermostat housing that was gonna be another 60$.. I told him no you will get it back we put a stainless aftermarket thermostat housing on and a stainless water outlet housing on and replaced hoses . The turbo had NOTHING to do with the car overheating!!! Yet he charged 135$ for a turbo kit and 400$ for turbo labor when a simple basic pressure test on the coolant would have exposed the leak.... You could smell the antifreeze and see the leak! Anyways she paid 772.55$ for NOTHING a thermostat housing she didn't need.. the antifreeze and a turbo kit that I'd love to see receipts on... because it's not there.. I looked .. she has a car that still overheated... he fixed nothing and him and the lady cussed us out when we questioned the bill and work.. it was leaking this bad when she took the car in.. I have before and after pics of the car..
