Today 5/2/2925 at about 4:45pm coming out of Post Office I noticed what I thought was a piece of gravel in the tread of my right front passenger tire. It was not gravel, but a SMALL SPIKE. Not a nail, but spike. I really don't know how long it was there and I didn't lose tire pressure. WAY TO GO MICHELIN!!!! Anyway, the store closes at 5:00pm and I was driving to the store about 15 minutes away and explained my situation and could I still come. I knew they couldn't fix it and needed a new tire. To make a long story short, Destiny got me in and it was about 5:05pm. There were others there waiting to get their tires. Got my tire paid and the awesome crew got it on. It was about 5:40pm before I left. To the owner: This is an awesome crew you have there. Makes me proud to be a West Texas and know there are people willing to work past closing time for a man needing help. Discount Tires made me a customer for life. The Toyota dealership/shop did not have the battery available so I contacted Auto Zone. The man that answered my call wants my daughter to go to a shop he knows to change her battery and won't allow us to buy the battery because he said the shop owner will buy it from them!!! I said never mind. I called O'Reilly at University Ave. Jonathan was very respectful, he made sure they have the battery available first before I send my daughter there. He assured me that he will take care of my daughter's car. He was very helpful and very cordial on the phone, and my daughter said even in person! I appreciate business like this.
