The Toyota dealership/shop did not have the battery available so I contacted Auto Zone. The man that answered my call wants my daughter to go to a shop he knows to change her battery and won't allow us to buy the battery because he said the shop owner will buy it from them!!! I said never mind. I called O'Reilly at University Ave. Jonathan was very respectful, he made sure they have the battery available first before I send my daughter there. He assured me that he will take care of my daughter's car. He was very helpful and very cordial on the phone, and my daughter said even in person! I appreciate business like this.
