So I scheduled a 7:00 am, 30 minute appointment. When I got there, I was the only customer and no one other cars were being worked on. I asked how long it would take and they said 30-45 mins l, but they couldn't promise that time. I said I'd have to reschedule, and asked about all those 4:00-6:00 appointments on their scheduling site. They informed they don't take anything after 4:00 pm. Seriously? Even an oil change? That shouldn't take more than 15 minutes!
