If you call your always placed on hold you can never figure out what they say before your placed on hold cause most times their busy inside and are frustrated by picking up the phone period. Then when u get a guy on the phone they rush you and their patients is thin. Today i called and waited for 10 mins before i was helped, i didn't even know if i called the right place cause the person whom answered the phone wasn't clear at all. When i did speak to a person there whom name was Neil, i gave him the info he needed, he asked me a question but i didn't know if he was speaking to me or a customer inside i hesitated to reply and then it happened, Neil decided to scream. I asked him why he was screaming and he replied because i didn't answer him.. I have never been screamed at by any customer service in my life. when i asked for a manager he said call back in the morning. i asked for a name he said ask for kenneth. i tried calling back not believing their wasnt a manage on duty when i called and asked the managers name was Neil.. Go figure same guy that screamed at me. with this said i went to auto zone and bought the parts i needed. Great ROI Neil!!!

Even gave us good advice to snapshot the bar code on the receipt in case we go to another store and all they had to do was scan the barcode to pull up the transaction. We always go to this store, it seems to be the hidden gem of Auto Zones.

But my friend was in visiting and his battery died and he picked this. I can't comment on the price of the battery, because I didn't pay for it, but they did install it for him at no extra charge. That was a big plus for him because he's never installed a battery. Normally, it's not difficult but his Chevy wasn't the easiest. Sometimes car designers just make things more difficult so they can have fun at our expense. But it got done. The store is very clean and fairly well stocked. It's not a huge location so they can't have everything that bigger shops would have, but they have enough. And the people were certainly helpful. I would come back to this store. They have a good business model and follow it.

He was traveling Westbound on Commercial and decided to just cross over at a high rate of speed without slowing down or even looking for oncoming traffic. This dude just thought he was entitled and above all other drivers. Crashed into my wife and daughter with an O' Reilly vehicle. Then, he gets out, leaves his car in the middle of the street and walks to the store. After the police arrive, they ask where he is. So they tell her that he went home. However, I did find many negative reviews online about poor quality, which led me to return the products. I followed their clunky return process, but never heard from anyone. After multiple attempts, I finally received a confirmation that they will process the refund. A month and a half went by, and still no refund. I reached back out, and the response was, "Apologies for the delay." After all of that, they still took a 20% restocking fee... what a joke.
