The front of the store is somewhat small, but I'll bet there's a TON of stuff on the shelves in the back! The folks at the counter were super helpful and made sure that we got the right part for the task. It was even on sale; bonus! Janet then offers to come down and help me herself on her day off. Thank you Janet. As for travis you should not work with people. I've never been treated so badly picking up parts. Thankfully, in a fairly short amount of time they figured out it was an exposed wire in the breaker panel, and after completing several other maintenance items, had us out the door within a few hours at a very reasonable fee. While Ride North has offered RV services for only about a year, the entire staff worked at a long-standing family owned RV dealership next door that sold out and retired, so they are very experienced. The shop is clean and the staff are professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this shop.

However, I was pleasantly surprised that this was not the case. I came in for a high pitched noise some of my family members noticed while driving. They looked at the car and told me this was due to the wheel bearings on both sides of the car needing to be replaced, though it was worse on the right side. They replaced the wheel bearings on the right side first and I was pleasantly surprised when they called me back and said they had done a test drive and discovered that there was actually no need to replace the left side wheel bearings. They could've replaced both, even though one didn't end up being necessary to replace, and I wouldn't have questioned it. They did right by me by only doing what was necessary and saving me money, even if it meant they didn't earn as much from the job as first anticipated.

Wanted $1400 for new pads and rotors and still not replacing the caliper that had causing the problem. They purposely continue to fix the current issue, but could care a less about fixing the cause. A local shop fixed the pads, rotors AND calipers for less than quality car wanted to just replace the pads and rotors. This place is dishonest and overpriced. Call around and find an honest reasonably priced local garage...you'll be much happier!!

The guy working dropped A bunch of F bombs on me and told me to just leave without paying, then went into their system and deleted my service record in What I can only assume was an attempt to hide that they did the bad work. Called management and was told the store manager was on vacation and would reach out to me when he returned, it had been 2 weeks sisnce then today so I called and tride to talk with Tom (the manager) about it and got told "we didn't charge you what's the issue?" (Well Tom, I have to pay $500 now instead of $200 because your worker did bad work.) He then immediately hung up on me for "cussing" because I said "the issue is your Ruined my window with shity Work" I would never trust this location, bad work, disrespectful, and dishonest! And for the record this location also had to reinstall our Subaru window years ago 3 times just to do it right so this isn't my first issue here. And safelite in Madison Wisconsin had repaired all of our fleet trucks at wave communications for years and we have had multiple repairs, I am well aware of what the quality should be. I was nervous taking my 1978 truck anywhere, especially since it was running pretty bad. I had no clue what was wrong and after I ran it bone dry on gas (yes, i know) it wouldn't start. Shout out to marquette detailing as they towed it to south side's shop. I got a call the SAME DAY saying they looked at it and it just needed A LOT of tune ups. IT WAS READY LATER THAT DAY. Literally where else?!?! I know stuff like this depends on the issue, part availability etc but holy cow was I excited. I attached a picture of my invoice for anyone who is curious! The total was $656.88 Although obviously expensive and hurt my wallet, as soon as I started my truck, shifted into drive, and stepped on the gas, I knew they fixed the issues. My truck struggled going up hills (hard to drive in MQT) but now it runs SO SMOOTH. They also have an after hours pick up spot for your keys and it was very convenient, as I worked late that day. From the moment I stepped on the gas I knew they fixed it.
