I showed him a photo of the receipt and asked him to look up the purchase in the system since it was bought at this store, but he wouldn't even try. I also showed him that the part they sold me did not fit my car, but he just kept saying, "There's nothing we can do." There was no effort to fix the mistake, no exchange, and not even a store credit, even though the error was theirs. Because of this, I ended up losing nearly $300 and had to buy the correct part somewhere else. I've never experienced such poor customer service. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this store to anyone

He has helped me numerous times and is always pleasant, professional, courteous, considerate, and will go the extra mile to make sure your needs are taken care of. Do yourself a favor and ask for him at Plantsville, CT store and avoid the other curmudgeons behind the counter as he will make your transaction smooth and pleasant.

The yard size is quite decent with a variety of cars, trucks, and SUV's. I'd say there are probably 100-200 vehicles in there. The only problem is these so called "mechanics" that work in the place tell you they have the part you're looking, but when you get there they don't and you don't find that out until after you've paid an entrance fee into the yard.
