I observed that the two gentlemen at the registers were friendly and respectful to the customers ahead of me. When it was my turn, I simply handed over my remote and the associate picked out the battery I needed and installed it for me. He then tested it on my car, and I was good to go. I was encouraged to purchase a two-pack, so I have one battery for next time. You can bet that I will still take that battery in to Auto Zone for installation to save myself the headache! They sent me updates of their arrival time and were there within the window of time given. Upon inspection of my window, it was found that the crack was longer than I expected, so it could not be repaired, it had to be replaced. They would have to come out the next day for that since I didn't know the size of the crack, and they did not have a windshield with them. The same scenario for the next day. Arrived within time given , replaced windshield, and had to take it out for a 10 minute drive to calibrate the cameras. All in, took about an hour in my own driveway. I did not have to go anywhere. Very convenient! Both of the technicians were very respectful and did their job. I would not hesitate to use them again should I ever need their services.

Spent the night in a local hotel and called Toledo Auto Care the next morning to set up an appointment the next day. Turned out it was just some dirty oil that needed changing. The mechanic showed me the brakes and let me know that they were going to need changing sometime in the near future, but it wasn't anywhere close to the in-your-face sales pitch that some auto shops give you. I left Toledo Auto Care with a healthy care and a healthier state of mind. They treat their customers right here, and if I'm in the area again this will be my number one choice for any car repairs.
