This location was formerly a video store and, when that left, AutoZone installed a brand new operation in the storefront. It is in a little strip mall, on the corner, and facing 159th Street within walking distance of the Jewel and Jewel gas station. Another nice thing is they practice all the recommended pandemic precautions - like masks and the like. They also offer curbside pickup for those that would like that delivery. All in all this is a nice addition on this end of Orland Park, and I am sure they will do well. Try it.

My most recent experience (today) occurred after I scheduled an oil change online indicating that I would be waiting at the facility while car was being serviced. Apparently, my telling him I was going to wait, which is what I previously indicated when I submitted my request online, wasn't going to work for him. With a disgusted eye roll he told me it would be "a while" until it was ready. After asking multiple times how long was "a while" he said 2-3 hours. This was after he told the women in front of me hers would be 30-40 minutes. This is just the latest, and not the worst, experience I have had with Mike. I will never waste my time with Pep Boys again.

The one complaint--LOOOONG lines for gasoline! Well yesterday I was in Orland Park and I had to stop at Costco so when I was leaving I stopped to get gas. No long lines!!!!! The store and parking lot were packed, and this location has far fewer pumps than the other locations, but there were no long lines. Shhhhh.

Didn't drive it until the following Wednesday. My dashboard indicator warned of a low tire, severely low, on the rear passenger side. Had it filled at a neighborhood car shop. Next time I drove was Friday - a week after purchase. This time, the indicator warned of extremely low tire pressure on the same tire. Only 9 pounds of pressure. Infinity roadside assistance came to my house. The service man removed a nail. I immediately drove back to Infinity of Orland. They at first wanted to make ME pay for a new tire! But my salesman, Victor, and a manager waived that cost. I was happy to have my tire changed at no cost. And they washed the car. Long story short, I continue to be very happy with Infinity of Orland Park.

I can't say enough great things about Eddie and the service team! I had my car towed there some…read moreweeks back due to a coolant issue. When I picked it up, my windshield was damaged. I immediately notified them of the damage and was shown pictures that it was a small rock chip (didn't notice) that was there before BMW took it in so they were not the cause of the damage. They could have washed their hands with it at that point, but Eddie communicated so patiently back and forth with me and had me come back in to see what could be done! While turning me away would have been the easiest thing to do since they weren't liable for the damage, they instead went above and beyond to help me file a claim as well as covered my deductible in good faith! This service team from the first person I encountered (Candice) to Eddie and up to the Director of service have been nothing short of amazing!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
