If you are just a car nut and looking for something, this might not be your first stop although they may have the parts. If you need a bit of hand holding, go some where else. If you are just looking for two quarts of oil, this may suffice.

With today's access to the internet and all that it offers, there is no excuse for going in to a dealership blind...you should have a good ides of approximate costs when you start negotiating...after all buying a car is the art of negotiating...come ready or leave a few hundred dollars on the table. Apparently, my telling him I was going to wait, which is what I previously indicated when I submitted my request online, wasn't going to work for him. With a disgusted eye roll he told me it would be "a while" until it was ready. After asking multiple times how long was "a while" he said 2-3 hours. This was after he told the women in front of me hers would be 30-40 minutes. This is just the latest, and not the worst, experience I have had with Mike.
