Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Bait and Switch! Be weary of doing business with this company. I recently purchased a specific…read morepart that was labeled New Old Stock (NOS) meaning that was original but never used. The part was not cheap and when it arrived, it was clearly a remanufactured part with a completely different part number. I was able to get a refund several weeks after shipping it back and they admitted it was the incorrect part, but they left off the core charge and so I had to call back to get that refunded. Since this was clearly their mistake I also wanted the shipping refunded, but they refused to refund that as they now said "the correct internal parts were in the unit I bought, even though it was a different part number." They lost my business, and everyone I know over a $15 shipping charge. Very bad business practice!!!

If they don't have something they can usually get it the next day. While their main business is to repair shops, I've always been treated like I was valued. If you are not sure of your engine size / cylinders / trim level or other model specific information it will help to bring your owner's card in so they can check the vin # to get the right part the first time. I like that they are a small shop making it in an increasingly competitive environment.
