I took my car to Firestone for what I thought was a simple taillight change, but it turns out I had a much deeper electrical issue that required a place specializing in European cars to fix. Dealerships are always overpriced, but the woman at Firestone recommended Euromotive to me. I'm so glad she did. They were honest, great at communicating, and thorough. They even gave me options for the repair (new part or used part) and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. All in all I got a used part (electronics module) and the total with labor was about $700, versus $1,100 if I opted for a new part. They communicate via text which I love as a busy manager who is often on work calls all day. They also send your quote electronically, you can authorize the repair electronically, and you can even Apple Pay for your service from your phone! I can't say enough great things about the service I received here. I highly recommend this shop if your European car needs a repair!

I was told by one shop that my alternator needed to be replaced, so I took my car to Phoenix after price-shopping around. Phoenix had my car for two days while they attempted to diagnose the problem with the battery not holding a charge. I was told the alternator was fine, but they wanted to keep the car overnight to diagnose where the electric drain was occurring. I called the next day and I was told "honestly ma'am, there is nothing wrong with your car." So I paid over the phone & picked the car up later after hours. Once I left Phoenix' lot, I headed straight to a gas station where my car broke down right as I was pulling up to a gas pump. In addition to Phoenix, I had to also pay for the tow of my vehicle. This ordeal kept myself & two young kids pretty much up until 2AM (we picked the car up around 7:30PM - it must have been a busy night for tow trucks). Fast forward to today... I just got off the phone with Phoenix & I was told I was lying & to "be honest with myself." I was accused of "leaving something on", even after I explained over & over that the car was never turned off enroute from the shop to the gas station. It eventually degraded to a very childish argument when the owner turned it into a wording technicality - "Well, I told you the alternator was fine." I again reminded him that I was told nothing was wrong with the car, whether alternator or not (after spending two days in the shop) & I took his word for it. Defensive. Rude. Slightly threatening ("Where do you live?!! I'll come get the car!"). I am in shock that people think it is appropriate to conduct business in such a way. I will not be visiting Phoenix Auto again, & from others I've spoken to, they have also had similar experiences.

When I was shopping for a lift for my home garage, I reached out to many dealers who contacted me back with a simple quote and general installation price. Most of the dealers did not take the time to speak to me thoroughly and/or answer my questions except for one. From the beginning Mike and the AHT team communicated very well and made sure that I had every question answered. Mike came out to my location personally and took time to speak with me and take a look at the site (Garage) along with taking measurements of all my vehicles. He then went back and compiled simulations which allowed me to see the complete solution. After deciding on the solution, Mike stayed in touch to keep me abreast of the Installation date and any prep work which needed to be completed. (This allowed for a smooth Installation).
