Didn't bother installing it myself because the support from NavTool is notoriously minimal. Asked Pittsburgh BestBuy and they said they don't know how to do it (smh). Then I took it to Auto Addictions and they said yeah it's doable. Got the appointment scheduled a week later. Then I dropped the car off in the morning and it was done in the afternoon. What I liked the most was their professionalism. They are very knowledgable people and you can tell from the way they talk. NavTool's manual was a total abyss but they somehow managed to install it perfectly (now my old car has CarPlay wooo!). Really, really down-to-details people, made sure that they did not mess things up and kept me posted during the installation. Last but not the least, they charge very reasonably! Highly recommend this place if you are in the area. You wouldn't get anything better than this.

He decided not to use any adapter. That didn't seem right, but it was really cold. In about a week a plastic part of one of the blades broke. And then in another week, both parts broke and the blade came off. S*** happens. What matters to me a lot is how the business responds. I took the blade in and showed Tyler that it was broken. Without my even asking, he said it would be replaced. When I explained that I thought it broke because it was installed without an adapter. He agreed. Replaced and installed two new blades. And is the first person (of 4) putting new blades on this car who figured out immediately how the adapter worked. I go out of my way to go to this store. Leanna (I think that's her name) was doing whatever she could to make the customers experience the best.
