At no point did anyone call me to explain that they were changing the recommended services or why a brake fluid service was being performed instead of a tire rotation. Even more frustrating, my receipt still reflected the A16 service I originally requested, making it difficult to realize there was a discrepancy until I reviewed the itemized work afterward. When I brought my concerns about the brake flush instead of the tire rotation to their attention, I was told the issue was my "confusion" and that I should have questioned the estimate sooner. Clear communication about what service is being performed-and why it differs from the service requested should be the responsibility of the repair facility, not something the customer is expected to discover after the fact. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop unless you are already certain exactly what your vehicle needs, understand the services being recommended, and are familiar with the typical labor times associated with the work. I expect a repair facility to provide that expertise and communicate it clearly to customers. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Separately
