Amazing place to buy everything a car needs ! Lots and lots of car accessories and tools . Very good service .. the guy asked me few times if I wanted any help and came forward to help .. doesn't really happen in many other shops . Nice parking facilities and well placed right on NJ 27.. priced ok mostly , but few items were pricey . Went to buy wipers for my car but found better deals in Amazon. Staff is great. Just recently went there for some help on my car and one of the employees named Josh went above on beyond to help me out.

I'm no mechanic nor do I play one on TV but in the interest of keeping up appearances I try to do the simpler, more mundane tasks myself. That's where AutoZone comes in, they generally have the parts and fluids I need with plenty of helpful advice as necessary. What else do you need. An easy five stars. read more

I needed some filters for my car, I wasn't really able to find the size I needed, so I asked for help. The young man pointed out the filter I needed. I checked out quickly, the prices were way less than what the garage was going to charge me and for the labor. Changing the filter in my car was very simple to do. I did it in minutes. The garage was going to charge me like $100.00 for it. I know I'm a girl, but my Lord, changing a filter, a child could do it. Service was friendly, check out was quick, large parking lot. Sherman was amazing answered all my questions and got me all the parts I need, he goes above and beyond. Doesn't just you parts you don't need he ask questions and makes recommendations on what parts to get. Eg I over heard him talking to another customer that had a blown ac compressor and instead of selling him Freon he recommended a test and of course it was a bad compressor. I have used this location many times. I like all the AutoZone stores & employees, but Sharief helped me today & I wanted to acknowledge him. He explained the higher priced headlights to me & also installed them in less than 10 minutes. This is why I always shop at AutoZone. New management horrible no customer service at all. Asked for the mgr John no longer there big mistake. He ran that location like his own. Staff was friendly now forget it. I've gone to this Autozone a handful of times. I've always Brenn treated great. The employees are friendly and helpful. I bought a wrong sized windshield wiper one time and lost the receipt. I was able to return it with no questions asked. read more

Every time I go into auto zone it's like it's the first day it's open. The staff wanders around not really sure of what's going on. Even finding the most simple part is a major undertaking. Why do I keep returning? I guess because it's only a couple blocks from my house. read more

I have been doing business with this autozone for quite some time. Anytime my headlight goes out I go to the Kendall park location . I purchase the headlight and whomever is ringing up the purchase changed my headlight for me or had someone else assist me. Today 5-16-2018- I send my daughter to get it done. She's there and the guy says no I can't change that. She asked is there anyone that can . He says no. (She just saw another employee assisting someone at their car) . So I call. I speak to KEVIN... I ask him do they change ... headlights.. He says no we do not. I say that's funny . I have had my headlights changed there for years. He says he doesn't know about that... I told him I will no longer do business there. I will tell everyone I know to not. There is plenty of competition that I would be willing to spend my hard earned dollars. ... Low key trash. ALWAYS understaffed and ALWAYS unorganized. If there's more than 3 customers in the building you're in for a ride. The "Red Shirts" basically do all of the work; which would be understandable if there were more than ONE in the building at all times. read more

if I could read this place zero stars I would. I am a reoccurring customer at this SPECIFIC auto zone. I am always helped to satisfactory but not today. i visited today to simply pick up a replace battery for my volkswagen & for starters the staff made me feel as if i had only one option which i then realized was the most expensive option sales associate Husam proceeded to help me out and was kind enough to help me install the battery. long story short, the battery was installed incorrectly two times, my car wouldn't start, and assuming that he had nothing to do with it, he told me "I don't know go see mechanic" as he packed his tools & left me outside helpless after i just purchased a 200 dollar battery. I was thankful enough to have a family friend who knows someone about cars come help me out and he then told me that the battery that Husam installed was put in backwards. he had the positive and negative battery connectors on complete opposite sides. than, made the situation even worse, is that when I went inside to inform him that his work was done incorrectly, he told me that I was in the wrong and wouldn't own up to his job done wrong. i've never experienced something like this from you guys me and my family are loyal customers. after wasting 3 hours of my time, I told the manager what had happened and he looked at me and shrugged as if he couldn't do anything about the situation. if this is the level of customer service that you guys offer to your consumers than I do not wish to be part of it. will be letting all family and friends know about this incident & all female customers to be vigilant. read more
