Which is why I was in this situation to begin with. I called for some high end ball joints not knowing I needed hubs, u joints, seals and a broken vacuum hose for my 4x4. These guys informed me of my these issues, wasted no time and got the parts the same day while I waited! This was done over thanksgiving break because they understood that my truck is my livelihood and how I make a living. ( I'm a single 62year old single woman) When I went in to return a headlight bulb , this next guy actually pounded his fist down when I didn't hear him and had to ask him to repeat himself. He was pissed because " he was in a hurry " there was one other customer in the store. If you need anything for your car and just want decent customer service - go anywhere else.

I have been going to this place for 15 years to get tires, window tints etc... i send family…read morehere... I paid for new tires and window tint and picked it up and there was bubbles everywhere on the tint (which there normally isn't). the service guy pulls out a credit card and tries to smooth them out. I leave because I was heading out of town. it only got worse. and once rolling my window down after 2 days there were bubbles all over and the tint is a half inch short from the top of my window. Also my tire sensors don't work now . they also didn't give me my tires back like I requested. It looks like Stevie Wonder tinted my windows. what is going on here??? The normal guys aren't at the front desk. was there a massive exit?? Financial problems??
