Despite these repeated visits, the issues have not been properly resolved. I expected a reliable vehicle, especially so soon after purchase, but instead I've been dealing with constant back-and-forth and no lasting solution. What's most disappointing is the lack of accountability and urgency in addressing the problem from the sales person Tony from the Springhill location. Never returns calls back. Communication has been inconsistent, and Sam the manager in the shop in Hudson is very rude and pretty much said it's an old car you get what you get. At this point, I would not recommend this dealership to others. Buying a car should come with peace of mind, not ongoing stress and repeated trips to the service department.

He had to wait a couple of days for the part on my car because it was not in and he had to order it. I thought it was going to be a three day wait but he told me it might only be a two day wait and that's what it was two days. I was happy about that. He replaced a fuel pump for me. I was very pleased with the work he did. He's professional and friendly and timely as I had my car back sooner than I thought I would. I found out about Sunny Bay when my neighbor across the street had his car windows tinted. The prices are competitive with other local shops, and you get the added benefit of convenience. For someone like myself, who's crippled, the added convenience is a major benefit. The process of working with Sunny Bay was straight forward, from the price schedule to customer interaction and everything in between. Richard was courteous, and professional. He warned me of potential issues related to the state of the tint being removed, and even so, he was successful in avoiding those issues. He even took the time to double check that I actually wanted effectively clear tint, but once I explained my logic he was happy to go with it. I was looking for clear tint as my car is white with some chrome accents, and dark tint would look out of place, to me. As well as better night time visibility, visibility into the vehicle, and being able to coat all glass panes including the windshield. Before I was injured I worked in a public facing technical role, and I was passionate about providing an outstanding experience for my customer. Greg, the customer service manager came out and helped me by replacing my low beam headlight. Less than 10 minutes went by and I have a fully functioning low beam headlight thanks to Greg. By the way, the price is at AutoZone compete with Walmart because a low beam headlight for my Ford fusion 2012 would've been the exact same amount at Walmart. If you have something wrong with your car, and it's not a major thing come here. They're great!!!
