My neighbor needed brakes for his truck so I took him to the auto parts store. He told him to make…read morethe model and the year that his truck was. They said this is what you need. We drive back home and he tries to install the brakes they were wrong. So he had to gather all the parts back again. I drove him back to the parts store and he told him this is wrong. These don't fit so he went again and he told him this is the truck I have this is the year the model everything everything about that truck. So the guy takes the old the first part back and then he says OK. This is the one that you need. He said I'm sorry I made a mistake. Here is the one that you need. This will work. We get back to our place. They tried to install the brake pads and they won't fit. They're the wrong size. It was getting too late and starting to rain so he boxed up the brake parts and said can we go back up tomorrow? And we told him yes one of us will drive you so this morning when they open, we will be back at the parts store and we will have a master mechanic with us who has been in the business for over 60 years and knows exactly what our neighbor needs for his truck brakes. And they are going to return the wrong brakes again. This is gas used going up and back up and back up and back. So wasting of the fuel doesn't make me very happy. So hopefully this morning they will get the right part that may be a different person who maybe knows his job a little bit better and this Neighbor can get his brakes done. I would recommend O'Reilly's auto parts for some things, but I don't recommend some of their employees. People don't have time to waste on going back-and-forth and they don't have the money for gas to go back-and-forth. And because of this back-and-forth mess and the employee not knowing what he's doing is why I gave the two star review.

I have been down and out looking for a rim for my car and couldn't find this specific type that I…read moreneeded. I wanted my car back that day and this company MADE SURE OF IT. Not only did they take care of the problem that I originally needed. They helped me see that another one of my tires was in need of a repair too. The technician I had came all the way from downtown Orlando and back just to help me get my car back on the road. Shout out to them. It was a little pricy but this is one of the companies where the value of the service and work match the price and I would pay over again if I had to.

Oh wait- "we'll cut you a deal." For $480. Also a spare. The tire blew 6 miles from where the first one blew. Do not use them. They prey on panicked people who are desperate to get off the road.

The younger guy at the counter was very unprofessional... and left me leaving this location mad. I…read morego to put my things down in front of him , my brother and I were the only people in the store... this guy was playing on his phone with an AirPod in right in front of me....while I'm standing there waiting to get checked out . He completely ignored me for LONG ENOUGH for me to realize he's actually straight up ignoring me.... I go to proceed to pick my things up and FIND someone else and he then acknowledges me and I say" I was unsure if you were on the clock or not" trying to be nice and not bother him if he wasn't. But he was hanging over the counter giving that impression he wasn't supposed to be checking people out . Even though he was standing at the register...He then proceeds to say " well I wouldn't be here if I wasn't on the clock" rolls his eyes and starts to check me out ... I guess that hurt his feelings .. unpleasant. Not something I wanna deal with after being in the car for 7 hours .... Still being nice I said thank you and he didn't say anything back . Just a little aggravating...The older gentleman though was nice that works there.He should be checking people out .

Although it is getting harder to work on the newer vehicles with their advanced technologies, I occasionally find something I can work on. I really enjoy it and it is satisfying! My GO-TO Auto Parts store is now, without a doubt, O'Reilly Auto Parts! They really convinced me when I had to replace a window operating regulator for my BMW. IF I went to a BMW dealer, that repair total would be around $500. (I know, because I've had it done!). Just for grins I called O'Reilly to see if they had my part. I talked to Melissa, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She quickly found they had an exact fit Dorman product. It was very reasonably priced AND carries a LIFETIME WARRANTY! How about that??? I drove to the store and bought that window regulator. Melissa was the one who helped me in the store, too. She is awesome! Once I got home, it only took about 30 minutes to replace the bad part. The new Dorman part was an exact fit and works perfectly! Hooray for O'Reilly!

I like their selection of products, the competitive pricing, the O'Rewards program and the staff. Surprisingly they have a LOT of parts for my 3-Series BMW and some of those items come with a Lifetime Warranty. Sure beats paying dealer prices! This is the closest O'Reilly store to us, and I am sure glad. Seems like everytime I walk in the door, Kevin is working! I don't think the guy ever goes home! Great for us! Kevin always greets ya as you walk in(if he's not on the phone!), and he has always been extremely helpful. The guy should be cloned! That'd teach those competitors! My most recent visit I needed to buy a 3/8" drive Torque Wrench. Their website listed one that I liked and the price was right, also indicating it was in stock.(more on that in a moment). As I walked in the door, of course Kevin was there with a big Hello! I told him what I was looking for and he walked me over to the proper area. Not finding the wrench I had in mind, he got on his computer and found that the item was SHIP TO HOME, In-Stock. (I had misread the listing). That meant it was In Stock at the warehouse and available for shipment or store pickup in a few days. I was okay with that, since I misread it. I was bummed however, because I was going to need this wrench first thing in the morning for a job I was doing on my car. Without hesitation Kevin was web surfing to see if he had ANY of these wrenches available ANYWHERE in his system that he could get quickly, like today! NO luck, but he then got on the phone and started making phone call after phone call. He was calling his competitors, for me, to see if any of them had a similar wrench. Ultimately, after 5 calls, he found one! And it was in a competitor store that was very close! I thanked him profusely and headed on out to that 'other' store. O'Reilly is All Right in my Book! And Kevin is the O'Reilly King!
