We had an in person verbal agreement, he told me in person that an AC service would cost $100 and when I had my son drop off my car for me, he charged my son $225. He up-charged my son because he's a teenager and looked like a perfect victim. This inconsistency between the initial quote and the final charge was very disappointing especially when I was referred to this shop by a friend who is also their customer. As a customer, I value transparency and accountability, and I believe businesses should honor their stated pricing and commitments. I called him directly and called him out on what he did. When my son picked up the car and paid for the invoice, he decided to take $25 off the invoice. What a nice guy? LoL! Mark was extremely helpful over the phone and made time to take a look at my car the same day. I was afraid it would be a larger repair (catalytic converter) but he called back within 2 hours to let me know it was the spark plugs and coils. He gave me an estimate and his recommendation along with a cheaper option, in case I couldn't afford the more expensive repair. Work was done within 24 hours with great attention to detail. Mark, Tom, and the entire team were friendly, professional, and honest. In the interests of cost, I have driven pre-owned cars most of my life so I'm no stranger to the inside of an auto shop.
