I am a former mechanic and know how to correctly repair a vehicle. I am not local to Vero so they have been taking care of my 84 year old mothers repair needs for a couple of years now. She calls me with her estimates and questions. On many occasions i have on my visits to her confirmed the need for the recommended repairs and they have been spot on and never seem to try to include unnecessary add ons. She has been to other shops before she found this one and they would always try to add on easy money scam repairs that i would have to advise against. That doesnt happen here. They treat her like family and i cant thank them enough. You may have to wait a bit to get in, but theres a reason for this. They are the BEST. Thank you to all the Team at Old Dixie.

She kept trying to pressure me into buying a car I was not satisfied with. She made me very uncomfortable and upset. I was discussing with my family & she asked "why do you have to talk to your brothers?" She questioned what I could afford and try to pressure me into putting a bigger down payment than I wanted too. After that, she kept texting me and I kindly said I was not interested anymore. She then proceeded to ask what car I ended up getting. Few days later... I'm still getting emails & just yesterday she called me from her personal phone. I had already told her I wasn't interested so not sure why she keeps calling. The vehicle will be safe and reliable to allow the person to breathe from distress, then everyone is happy accepting the price they will be loaning, but to sell a car with major thousand-dollar issues is just cruel on your part, and your service crew.
