Don't be fooled by this place , I have had too many folks and other shops tell of the trickery and games this place will play to get more money out of the customer. They will smile at you while they overcharge you for anything they can. They charged me a fair price and took extra time to explain everything they were doing, even showing me photos. They also drove me to my office while they did the work on my car and picked me up at the end of the day when they were finished. And getting to meet Radar (the adorable Corgi/watchdog) was just the cherry on top of the whole experience. I'm so grateful for the excellent service!

She called me back within an hour and said she found two of them for $100 and that she would hold them for me. I went in later on that day and they put them on for me and the customer service was wonderful! I would recommend them to anybody. I also had needed a new battery for my car last winter and they had one at a reasonable price and installed it quickly and had me on my way. I had checked two or three other places and could not afford the battery at the other locations but New England Tire had one that I could afford and it was such a relief.
