When I brought the car back to Caples Car Care, they failed the inspection and told me that Bob Ruth Ford did an inadequate repair, and I would have to pay them to fix the issue or would have to pay another fee to re inspect the work if I took the car somewhere else. I had them give me the car back and I took the car to another approved MD inspection station this morning and it passed. I feel verry taken advantage of by Caples car care!!!!!!
